Chong Kwan Dentists

This is the best dentist I've ever been to. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

I find the service to be very welcoming as a result of the friendly and chatty staff. Whether it be the receptionists, hygienists, nurses or with the dentist in the surgery I've always felt very at home and have never been let down when I've needed an emergency appointment; it doesn't matter which dentist I see everyone is attentive. Of course there is David whose unique personality and approach to dentistry is always highly entertaining and refreshing. I would highly recommend this practice and high street sister branch and have had no qualms about previously recommending it to friends and family and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work DC Dental Care. I'll will look forward to my next visit. Thanks Diane

I have had very good dental care from several dentists at the Rosyth Practice over the last 25 years and am still attending every six months. My present dentist Megan has been very attentive and is always pleasant and reassuring. The dental nurses / assistants are also helpful and efficient in their own quiet way. At the reception desk, Nicola is always very happy, smiling and chatty to patients, putting them at their ease. The only negative comment I would make is that the entrance to the premises is in dire need of refurbishment to make it more welcoming and professional.

I went to this dentist as an emergency while visiting family. I wish I'd taken the name of the lady who saw me. But I just wanted to say she's probably the nicest dentist I have ever seen, made me feel completely at ease and was genuinely a lovely person. I wish I lived closer so I could register! Evan the receptionist was lovely 😊 Thank you, allowing me the appointment saved me a huge amount of pain during an 8 hour drive home. Definately recommend and feel extremely greatful!

I've been a patient of David's for over 30 years. His passion to deliver the best dental care is as strong today as it was when he first started. A dedicated professional, David goes above and beyond to ensure all patients receive consistently excellent service from the entire Chong Kwan team. I can vouch for that as my children have received fantastic care from Brian for more than 20 years. I must also add that David's work on my teeth was raved about by the Lecturer in Restorative Dentistry in Dundee Dental School. He couldn't believe how fantastic the workmanship was. To get such glowing praise from a leader in the field proves what an artist David is.

I am updating my original review after the pure professionalism shown from David and Wendy. As stated before I do accept liability for missed appointments and after dealing with David and Wendy have changed my mind about the practice as a whole. Extremely professional from both people, fast response from David and being spoken to as a human being and not a number by Wendy has helped increase the stars. Obviously noted downside was a charge on my account for over a year after calling up numerous times to deal with it to be fobbed off time and time again - Had I spoken with David from the start perhaps this wouldn't have unfolded. Thank you again& my deepest apologies for the original, harsh review.

Hi All, I was seen by dentist angel sent from the sky to fix my teeth. The deep root canal treatment and I normally panic and grumpy when comes to the dentist, was happy smiled and finally no pain. Previously I saw many dentists, also in London and in Germany, but this lady and her brunette dental support (apologise but I missed your name) were simply the best.She even called me after first part of treatment to see how I am doing!
