Saw Emma today for a filling and she did an amazing job, made me feel at ease. Hazel on the reception (Bo Derek look a like 😃) was so welcoming and extremely professional, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, thank you Snape Hill .

Very efficient and friendly treatment. Always informative and full of helpful advice. The treatment given, whether by the dentist or hygienist is always excellent. As much as visiting a dentist isn't high on the list of enjoyable activities, Snapehill Dental Studio makes it a less stressful experience. Recent treatments by Emma and Gill. 10/10.

Lovely dentist. The plan is very useful and makes the visit hassle free- annual check up, scale and polish, X-rays and more benefits make it worth it. The team always seem so happy and helpful - would recommend.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication regarding the change of ‘policy’ around a deposit now needing to be paid prior to a treatment, £2 per minute for others not informed. Sadly this practice has a real focus on the mighty pound since being taken over as opposed to the oral health of its clients. Something clearly wrong when the majority of staff have left. Thank goodness for Dee.

Been at this dentist for about 7 years. My wife and kids much longer. Previously brilliant, sadly they are now just after every last penny they can extract from you. Fine dining pricing, McDonald’s service levels. My wife and kids have been good customers, including £3k spent on teeth alignment. Charged £150 yesterday for ten minute appointment to stick a crown back on. Feel sorry for Dee, receptionist, she is excellent. Used to feel like a customer, now feel like a number. Real shame.

Something has definitely changed—I can never get a morning appointment anymore. Maybe I need to start paying premium rates!
