The Priory Dental Practice are the loveliest team of people who take absolutely first class care of their patients. If you are fortunate enough to have Martin as your Dentist you are in excellent hands. He is incredibly skilled, so kind and puts you at ease with his lovely team. Jenny also is a credit to the practice, who like Martin, goes the extra mile to provide a platinum level of care. The very best dentist practice I’ve been to in all my 50 years. I was very dissatisfied with treatment myself and my family have previously had at the NHS dental practice we were attending. I was recommended The Priory and from the moment I stepped foot in the door the experience was first class. It's extremely professional, friendly and relaxed. I saw Cameron and his dental nurse who both put me at ease straight away. I was given a thorough examination and all of my options were clearly explained. I am due to start my treatment next week but I already feel I am in safe hands. My 3 year old daughter also attends and Sona is amazing with her. Thank you to everyone.

I visited today for a rescheduled appointment, having had an appointment scheduled for April 2020 that was cancelled due to Covid-19. I cannot thank the team at Priory Dental Care Downham Market enough for their approach to safety and care and how they went about getting me seen, alongside the phone calls prior to my appointment. Although it may have seemed like a surgical scene inside the suite when I had my appointment, I was more than happy with the welcome I received from the receptionists and the dentist & assistant themselves. Excellent service and very kind (especially with the care for customers during Covid-19). A particular mention to Dr Cameron Warwicker and his assistant! Personally, in the past, a trip to the dentist has not been particularly favourable but I am excited to visit again soon. Thank you. Best regards, Ollie

Although I'm not a patient at this practice, & went along for an emergency appointment finding them booked solid. The receptionist went the extra mile & managed to fit me in to have a very painful infected tooth removed. I can't thank you enough.

Having suffered for years from bad NHS dentistry and on moving to Norfolk being unable to get an NHS dentist, I decided to try Priory, based on reviews. From my first contact on the telephone it was a different experience. The dentist I see Cameron has renewed my faith in dentists. He is patient and understanding. Everything is fully explained and there is none of the rush you get with the NHS. I had extractions yesterday and can honestly say I felt nothing and today my mouth feels fine. I am no longer worrying about going back to finish treatment and based on my outcomes my wife has also joined the practice. Amazing. Thank you so much.

I have recently had some dental work carried out by Martin Hako. Excellent work carriedout by him. Really professionally and with lots of patience given the current restrictions. Must not forget his friendly Reception and Support team controlling the restricted comings and goings of those attending for treatment. I liked the clean, modern premises. I was impressed by the very modern state of the art equipment available for accurate diagnosis. Another plus point I liked, was the next day phone call follow up to enquire if all was well following the previous day's treatment. Thank You
