Portman Smile Clinic Dorking

My daughter, Ruby has received a great level of care at Portman smile clinic, Dorking. Clinic staff have been very kind and gentle and provided clear information throughout and Helen on reception has got the most welcoming smile and has made Ruby feel comfortable from the second she walked through the door. She is always very helpful with appointments she can offer us and nothing is too much trouble for her. What a great team! I have already recommended to a few friends who have asked about my daughters experience and will continue to do so!

An excellent first encounter with the Portman Smile Clinic in Dorking with my son. The appointment was efficient, staff were friendly and helpful and next steps were arranged. We were both pleased with such a great experience here ! Looking forward to going back to get there to have the braces fitted

My daughter had braces fitted yesterday.We had a lovely experience at Portman Clinic.The staff are all friendly,things are always explained really well and everything about it went well and smooth,no stress. I would highly recommend.

What an amazing clinic. Very clean and professional with approachable staff. They have looked after both of my boys throughout their whole process. A special mention to Sophie who is fantastic and made both of my boys feel at ease. She is super friendly and explained everything in detail.

Very disappointing. I called on three separate days at a multiple different times and was left on hold for over 20 minutes each time before giving up. It is extremely difficult to contact this practice, which is concerning for a healthcare provider.

Compete incompetence. Issues and problems throughout and bad advice. Member of staff treating my daughter seemingly sacked, as left very suddenly and looks like it was due to incompetence. Daughter will have had brace for close to 3 years and without constant questions and pushing, god knows what would have happened.
