Worst dentist experience Was booked through the 111 service as was in lots of pain turns out that I needed antibiotics was given a prescription by the Dentist this was a two hour drive from my house when giving the prescription to my local pharmacy they identified that the prescription had not been stamped. This was never even mentioned by the dentist or the reception when I was asked to pay for the appointment I called up The dentist and told them what had happened and they said that the only way they could fix as if if I drove back two hours despite the fact that it was their fault! My mum then contacted them which they then had an argument which just escalated the situation unnecessarily. They showed no remorse no compassion and didn’t try to compromise or help the situation anyway possible I will now have to rebook and go to another dentist to get the same thing done again to get a new prescription from somebody else because of how far away they are

I just want to thank both Paul dentist and his dental assistant Ezra for the lovely and gentle way they welcomed me in my injured state with my knee brace into the downstairs surgery room. Your warm kindness was so touching. After being out of action for many weeks it was a lovely first experience of venturing out into the wider world again. The receptionists were also most kind and attentive to me and I thank them too. I was also very pleased with the dental work Paul did for me.

Lovely calm and clean reception area. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. My dentist Paul puts me at ease immediately his voice and manner are very calming and he answers any questions I may have and explains clearly. His dentistry has always been superior. Thank you.

I’ve only just become at patient at this practice and was my 2nd visit today to start treatment after not having been to the dentist for over 20 years due to being a very nervous patient with a phobia of needles!!! The dentist was lovely and very gentle as much as she could be due to the state of my teeth. Very clean and modern with friendly reception ladies. Would highly recommend

Fantastic all round service from reception to actual my dentist, Paul. Super friendly & provides excellent care. He is always professional, explains exactly what he's doing & why so it's a totally stress free experience every time, the nursing team are always smiling & the receptionist are super helpful & cheerful especially the lady with the black & white glasses.. Thank you to the whole team!
