I came to the gardens dental practice after doing lots of research for the best place to go for implants. I am so pleased that I decided to choose this practice. From the very first appointment I felt at ease and nothing was to much for them, and I had a lot of questions. 🤭 Mathew was amazing talked me through every step of my treatment plan and was so helpful. All of the dental nurses and reception staff are also just a lovely too. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough You should 100%, use this practice for any future treatment. 😁💕
With all the uncertainty today it is refreshing to visit the Gardens Dental Practice. Everyone is always welcoming, relaxed and happy to chat, which is comforting. Both Hygienist and Dentist alike are very professional and both give amazing treatment!!
Visited for the first time yesterday. Matthew was amazing and I was so impressed with the whole team (including reception) that I signed up as a patient. Today I saw Mike and knew I’d made the right decision. Would happily recommend
Please note that there is NO PARKING at this site. This was my first time coming to the practise ( for an implant consultation) and they did not advise that I would have to spend time searching for parking in a very busy part of Dorchester. Also, they are NOT in Poundbury, where I was expecting quite a new , clean facility. It is in the middle of a row of houses. Also, they have no lift, and the nurse made me go up 3 flights of stairs ( I am 70 yrs old) and I was not expecting an office like this. The nurse was very good in explaining all the procedures for implants. Unfortunately there is no such thing as a "day in and out" for getting teeth. It can several MONTHS in fact. So I have decided not to go ahead.
I have recently joined The Gardens Dental Practice, as a very nervous patient with Mike being my dentist. I have had a few visits so far, two of which for fillings with more treatment to come. Every appointment Mike has been patient, listens to me, explains everything, gentle and reassuring during treatment which is just what I need, I am so thankful. Also thank you to Anne, Jackie, Theresa and Craig for their help and warm friendly welcoming, you all make coming to the dentist that bit easier. Wish I had joined you sooner!
