My experience once in the room for treatment is tremendous support, Amazing Dental nurse. De Hygienist and Dentist are always amazing, kind, understanding and explaining what needs to happen. I'm at a amazing Dentist Practice.

DO NOT take children here. Abuse of power, male dentist grabbed my 3yr old daughter’s head/face with both hands without even asking me to sit down first, didn’t explain to either of us what he was doing, forcefully prying her mouth open with no consent from me, would not stop when I tried to pull her away then became visibly angry. I had been in the dentist’s room all of three minutes. My daughter’s very first dentist appointment and now a lifetime of fear thanks to you. Extremely weird interaction from an old man in a professional setting, another employee took my tearful complaint in the office, told me she would personally see to it, only received an email from the male predator himself denying anything had happened (also weird). Claimed he didn’t know it was her very first dentist appointment (why would you do that to a child ever?) They cancelled my daughters future appointment with a different practitioner and told me not to contact them or attend the surgery. Brutally unprofessional, would not recommend to anyone. I’m disgusted
