Bawtry Dental Practice

I can not speak well of this practice. absolutely dreadful. The reception team seemed totally Incompetent they say they will call back and they don’t they then make appointments then cancel appointments. I’ve had two cancelled over five months. I only want my teeth cleaned my Dentist who was a nice lady is on maternity leave however if I wanted to have another Dentist clean my teeth they want to charge me again instead of just for a clean. I don’t see why I should have to pay again anyway avoid it at all costs.I would highly recommend ENVY DENTAL next to the library absolutely fabulous dentist . Theres too many private practices around to have to suffer such dreadful service. Avoid !!!

I cannot speak highly enough of this practice having a dental emergency and getting no where with the nhs I opted to pay private they got me an appointment within an hour, The dentist took time to assess my symptoms and confirm the problem tooth as my wisdom tooth I had this extracted there and then and can honestly say I didn’t feel a thing everything was explained to me in detail and my questions answered my dental pain has gone completely with the discomfort from the extraction only minor in comparison to the pain I was in! I highly recommend this practice

Highly recommend. We was working in the area my son had a accident at work breaking his 2 front teeth and busting his lips we was in a panic walked into the dental practice the ladies in reception was amazing and managed to get him seen within 30 mins. Full mouth and lips examination make sure wasnt any tooth or dirt in his lips, x-rays and temporary teeth fixed within the hour. Cant thank these guys enough 🙌

Took my one year old for her first dental appointment and it couldn't have been any better! Right from my first telephone contact with a very helpful receptionist to a dentist who was absolutely wonderful with my child who made her (and me) feel totally at ease. I've worked in paediatric health care for 12 years and know fully how that first point of contact can set the tone for future appointments and what a difference a good first appointment makes for future care. The dentist we saw couldn't have been any better with my little girl and I'm so grateful for the excellent standard of care we received, thank you

Have to give a massive thanks to Bawtry Dentist, especially Dentist Mr Diar. Recently came to the practice after paying privately a small fortune elsewhere. Managed to get on Bawtry,s books. Best decision I’ve made. Was seen by Diar 3 times. Fantastic dentist he explains everything, very patient when your asking questions, and top dentist and very knowledgeable had a very difficult painful wisdom tooth taken out few weeks ago. Also a replacement tooth fitted to bottom pallet. Professional and quick, inexpensive compared to the alternatives as previous. Same again today extraction and follow up for top pallet partial amended. Excellent dentist. All the reception staff are friendly and helpful. Could not fault this practise. Thankyou

Had an appointment on the 15/4/2025,they seemed good and found it needed a cap on a rear tooth ,£326.79 was the bill,and was told I couldn't get an appointment due to the 2 hour care to fit the cap One the day of my appointment at 8.00am I got a call from the female manager ,saying appointment was cancelled due to the dentist illness. They booked me in again over a month away and with no alternative dentist offered.Guess what the was also cancelled the same way.Again the dentist was ill. Eventually I got into today at 9.00am Booked my self with the receptionist and sat down 15 to 20 minutes went by and not a word from anyone. So I went and smashed could someone tell me what im waiting for,she said they have just finished a patient and I'll be going up in a few minutes. I was call up by a very long faced member of staff who was about to offload her anger on my. I said I only asked whe would I be call the the dentist laced into me when I brought up about cancelling my other appointments ,her answer,"are we not allowed to be ill." I said ill have my money back.The receptionist said im not authorised to refund so im just about to write this .Not a practice you can rely on they want to just talk the price up.
