Bupa Dental Care Doncaster

I recently had a complex restorative procedure for two of my teeth, and the care I received from Dr Fatemh Pouyan was exceptional. She was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain every detail, alleviate my anxieties, and ensure I was comfortable throughout. Her accuracy and meticulous attention to detail during the filling procedure were truly impressive. If you are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and precise dentist for complex work, this is the place and the dentist to go.

My dentist Fatemeh is amazing, patient & thorough in her job. She does not rush anything, best results each occasion. So passionate about her work & very knowledgeable. My new tooth fairy 🧚‍♀️

I booked in for an emergency appointment as my wisdom tooth was causing me pain and my cheek was starting to swell. I don’t usually like going to the dentist but it’s my first time visiting this dental practice and Dr Zain Akter and the dental nurse in the room made this such a lovely experience. He talked through the process and what he was doing. Checked that I was okay throughout. He cleaned the area and gave me a lot of advice about what to do to stop the inflammation. Thank you Zain for a wonderful treatment.

I would not recommend this practice based on my experience today. The person answering the phones at around 10am was extremely rude and unhelpful. My husband was registered over the phone without any issues a few weeks ago, yet when I called to make an appointment for my two children under 18, I was told I had to travel in person to fill out a form and wait to be registered. This was despite explaining that my 7-year-old has a cracked tooth and is in pain. Another dentist was able to register and help my children over the phone immediately, which makes this even more frustrating. The receptionist was unkind, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping. I will not be returning after this experience myself. This person clearly dosent want to be at work, and is not good at customer service!

I'd like to leave my 5* review for fatemeh pouyton who is based at intake Doncaster very friendly listens to all my concerns was very helpful and reassuring when helping me with my new teeth I can't thank her enough for her patience and great work I'd highly recommend 5 * job well done absolutely amazing work from start to finish very professional and most important she gave me my smile back ✨✨✨✨✨✨

I have been a Customer at this Dental Practice for a number of years...the staff are very professional polite & friendly. The Business Premises is Extremely Clean & Hygienic. My Dentist (Ms. Setareh Basirat) is Excellent at her Job & always very nice & kind to me. I would recommend this Dental Practice to anyone living in Doncaster & the surrounding area.

Excellent Dentist practice! All the staff are super welcoming and friendly that I’ve interacted with. The appointments are managed efficiently, you generally get called in at the correct time which makes a difference, especially when attending around work. Zain, my dentist, is excellent, I cannot speak more highly of him. I only wish I’d had a dentist as good as him when was younger. Thanks Jason
