Robinson Dental

Just recently had my first appointment at this practice after a bad experience elsewhere. Reception was very clean and tidy and the staff were extremely kind by helping me in the door as I struggle with the steps. The dentist and dental nurse were very patient and attentive to my problems making me feel at ease straight away. Couldn't thank them enough for seeing me as a new patient. Would absolutely recommend! Joyce

I went to this dentist the first time the other week. I’d managed to chip my tooth with the filling being exposed it was classed as an emergency but 111 could not find me a dentist. After calling round all afternoon i was pointed to PB Robinson. The lady on the reception when i called was so kind and helped me the best she could. She managed to get me an emergency next day appointment. I have a huge fear of the dentist and i really can’t recommend them enough. They were great at reassuring me and when i said i was worried i couldn’t have a temporary filling due to having no dentist he said do not worry i will help. They took me on as a patient. They did request i went to the hospital for an xray but it is up The road and that was simple enough. Thank you so much to all the staff that helped me

Have used this practice for over 60 years and I am presently registered at the Thorne Road surgery. The reception staff are always extremely helpful and obliging. The dental surgeon and nurses are professional and warming, putting me at ease during my visits. Very well done and thank you for your excellent services over the years.

I have seen the same dentist, Anna, for many years, she is lovely, reassuring and very thorough. Reception staff, especially Kerry , are always pleasant, polite and very helpful. A lovely practice I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Horrible dentist like to muck people around when getting a first appointment! Dentist made me go to the hospital for an X-ray went back second time with x-Ray but nothing was done! but told to go back for a 3rd time for an appointment for a scale and polish!!! do they honestly think people have time to keep making appointments when work could of been done the 1st or 2nd time around! Have mobility issues and sleeping issues had to cancel but always gave good reasons but was removed from practice! And had phone banged down on me when caller back to complain.. I’ve found them Very unprofessional and absolutely useless at answering questions ie about treatments to combat receding gum issues due to diabetes. Don’t tuch with a 6ft barge pole! Would give zero stars if could.

Scruffy promises, very poor quality of work, especially when fitting dentures. Very poor fitting and fell out even tho they was brand new. Unwilling to listen to my concerns, I had to go private to get correct fitting dentures. How dare you say I got the wrong practice, im not a stupid person, i know what practice i used. Your response is a clear representation of your practice, very very poor, like I said in my review, unwilling to listen. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS PRACTICE
