Jessica and Wahida My boy came in for a supernumerary tooth to be extricated and from the first consultation to treatment I have to say the service and care was 1st class! Jessica was so good, so caring and kept my 8 year old boy so involved with his care. She explained everything she was going to do in the right way to keep him at ease throughout the whole process, her distraction techniques were flawless! And with her amazing assistant Wahida making thing run as smooth and precise as a formula 1 pit stop! Amazing work from both of you! Thank you from us both 🫶

I first went to Thornhill Dental around three months ago when I decided to go private, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Of course, there’s a cost that comes with going private, but the level of customer service you get in return is unbelievable. From the reception staff to the dentists, every single member of the team is friendly, always smiling, and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Andrew has been one of the best dentists I’ve had over the years. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and really listens to what I want. He made me feel completely comfortable and made sure every decision was my choice. Honestly, I can’t give this dental practice anything less than five stars. Keep doing what you’re doing it’s amazing. Anyone thinking about going here shouldn’t think twice!

I have been coming to this Dental practice for many years now. It is a fantastic Dental surgery. The staff are lovely,& the building is excellent. I feel like I'm booking into a 5 *****Hotel when I GO THERE. Great service, with an out standing atmosphere. You can tell the staff are all happy working here,& this gives you confidence. I’ve been a patient at Thornhill Dental Surgery for over 20 years. All the dentists have provided me and my family exceptional dental care, always presenting as professional and friendly. Today I saw a new female dentist called Lena. I’m a very apprehensive, nervous patient but Lena offered me amazing patient care and made me feel very much at ease. She was very polite and had a very understanding nature which resulted in one very happy patient! Last but not least the exceptionally smart reception staff are efficient and find time to make conversation with every patient, all whilst trying their best to find suitable appointments with a smile. I have been a patient here for over 20 years and cannot recommend this dentist highly enough. Throughout all that time I have always received outstanding care, professionalism and kindness. Andy has always taken the time to explain everything clearly and make me feel completely at ease, which makes such a difference when visiting the dentist. The standard of treatment has always been excellent and I have always felt in very safe hands.

I was refered here by my dentist for a full scan. The staff at reception were really friendly and welcoming which put me at ease. Every member of staff that walked past smiled at us. Didn't judge us. Petra was also really friendly and efficient. Just want to say thank you to all the staff especially their friendly demeanor. Means alot especially for nervous patients. The facilities are also lovely here, very clean and well looked after. Thank you so much.

I can't recommend Thornhill Dental highly enough especially Jessica Crowther and her team- she is an absolute superstar. Communication from the surgery is great, reception team are very welcoming and the whole process was seamless. My son is a very nervous patient and needed two tooth extractions - they were very patient with him, talking him through the process and keeping him calm throughout.
