The receptionists deserve a special mention — they are always polite, helpful, and organised, whether it’s booking appointments, answering questions, or making patients feel comfortable as soon as they walk in. The orthodontist explained everything clearly throughout my treatment and made sure I felt confident at every stage. The clinic is clean, modern, and runs very efficiently. I’m extremely happy with the results of my treatment and would highly recommend Dewsbury Orthodontics to anyone.

I recently had my braces removed and I'm very happy with the results. i was initially told that I would have the braces on for 18 months, but they were removed after 12 and the results are better than I could've imagined. However, the only drawback I found was the appointment waiting times, which meant that I was seen usually 30-60 minutes after my appointment time, despite arriving there 15 minutes before my slot. Other than that, I am thankful to the team for fixing my teeth.

One star is too generous for this place. This ortho is so unorganised, their receptionist team is appalling. I had rung in to create a braces appointment. I was met with multiple voicemails. HUNDREDS OF CALLS. Yet to answer. This is a joke. My dad went in and asked for an appointment. My dad told my my whilst he was there to ring in. The phone rang on the receptionists desk and they looked at it and did not take any notice of it even though the were free. What is wrong with you lot? Can you not do your job properly? Or hire people who can actually do their job??? Why are they getting paid?? I still haven’t had my appointment and it’s been 4 months. Last time I went to my scheduled appointment. THERE WAS NO RECEPTIONIST. I say there for 30 mins and a dental assistant came and said I was too late. Like are you having a laugh?? Fix up before you start tryna fix people’s teeth and ghost them halfway through treatment.

My entire treatment has been absolutely amazing here from start to finish, the staff are lovely and helpful- Hannah at reception has always been extremely helpful when I have come in for appointments! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

i have had my braces done here and i must say they did an excellent job. the dentist who took car if me was zahid and gave my teeth the proper attention that was required. he was also very informative.

I attended on Wednesday and was seen by Hannah and Chloe. They are a lovely duo and work well together giving great customer service and making me feel at ease. I look forward to my next visit!
