Dewsbury Dental Care (Now at Batley Carr Dental Centre)

Under new management. Dentist needs major refurbishment. The treatment room is in a poor state. They’ve stopped offering paid NHS treatments, unless you’re on benefits, so be prepared to pay over the odds for your treatments. The actual Dentist Dr Laher is a great guy and very polite.

I visit my local dentist for regular check ups, treatment and oral hygiene. Mr Laher is always polite, he listens to you first and will then discuss your plan. He has performed several root canals, a dental crown and fillings. He has always reassured me through out any procedure to put my hand up if I feel any pain. When I have been in severe pain due to a infection, Mr Laher and the receptionist got me an appointment as soon as possible. My experience at Dewsbury Dental Care (Savile Rd) is always excellent. All the staff have a smile, are polite and I have never experienced any rudeness. Definately thumbs up from me. 👍

I hadn’t seen a dentist in over 20 years due to other illnesses taking priority but I was left with no choice today after suffering the last few weeks with horrific pain and swelling due to a broken back molar. I had to call 111 who sent me to this practice. The gentleman on reception managed to fit me in very quickly and the dentist I saw was very patient, reassuring and friendly. I had never had a tooth out prior to today and I was nervous but his calm and understanding demeanour really made the process much easier. He got me out of pain quickly and I’m very grateful to him and reception who got me to in to see him as quickly as they did. Going back in a couple of months to have some other more minor issues taken care of, with full confidence that I will be in great hands. THANK YOU!

Feeling very lucky to have such a great dentist, I’ve been a patient with the practice for over ten years. The service provided has been exceptional on every occasion. I don’t have great teeth, the phone is always answered & an appointment within a few days every time I need help Thank you for being awesome, I’d be lost without you. 🙏

I've been with them since I was 15 I'm now 42 lol would never leave them. All my children are here as well and the way they manage my school times and fit me and my children in when needed it's amazing. Always very friendly and very understanding. My son has down syndrome and they very careful and understanding which is so nice highly recommend amazing job

This is the second time in just a few months they have seen my elderly mum at short notice and gave her the required treatment. Excellent service from start to finish, they really go the extra mile to provide the service. Well done.

I visited this dentist recently. I'm happy to say I was satisfied with my experience. Staff were friendly and I didn't have to wait too long. The receptionist Usmaan was cheerful, had good manners and did a really good job of making me feel less nervous about my visit.
