Bateman & Best Dental Practice

My daughter was recently treated at Bateman & Best Dental Practice and we had a very positive experience. Eathan was excellent with her, he explained everything very clearly, was patient and reassuring, and made her feel much more comfortable during the appointment. All of the staff were friendly and professional, and we really appreciated the care and support we received. Thank you to everyone at the practice.

Absolutely fantastic! Managed to squeeze me in at short notice and fixed my teeth. They look better than they did before! The service was amazing from reception staff to the dentist and his assistants, all of them were truly fantastic. The dentist explained everything to me before the procedure and then kept me updated throughout the procedure. The care taken was exemplary. I am honestly in awe at the skill of the dentist. If you are an anxious dental patient then I wholeheartedly recommend Bateman and Best. Thank you ever so much, simply amazing

Needed an urgent appointment. Saw a very nice dentist who put a temporary filling on my broken tooth. Was truthful and said it could last a while or not as not much tooth left really. Might be able to have a crown put on it. To see the dentist I normally see in a few weeks to assess if it can be crowned.

So glad I found Bateman & Best, the dentists and dental staff always make the kids and I feel comfortable when visiting. Both kids are happy to jump in the chair to have their check ups. Mr Best is fantastic, he noticed an issue with 1 tooth three years ago and as there is no pain, he monitors it at each appointment and has explained how to prevent further damage, and what will need to happen if it does eventually get worse. I pay privately for my checkups and any required treatments, and feel the charges are fair, they don't do or charge for anything that isn't needed. I can always book appointments for the children despite them being NHS patients. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking an excellent dentist 😊

Great first visit. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Mike took his time to explain what was going on with my teeth and the various treatment options. I feel happy and confident that I will be well looked after.

Absolutely fantastic practice, best one around! Welcoming reception staff, all the dentists are amazing especially a big shout out to Ethan Simpson! He is amazing with me ( a nervous patient) and my 2 year old!!! So patient and welcoming. My problems are always listened to and they tailor your appointment to your needs to make you feel at ease. So thankful we managed to get a place at This practice. Everyone is always walking around smiling and there is no problem that is too big! They all go above an beyond. Thank you!

My appointment with Brodi was an absolute pleasure. He and his assistant were welcoming friendly and kind. They made me feel like an old friend we laughed joked and they even remembered my favourite music which was playing as I walked in. Going to an appointment is just it like visiting your best mate. The care and attention to making you feel comfortable is beyond compare. I’d like to go every day because of the atmosphere and people. As for my treatment it was expertly performed as usual. In fact all the dentists I’ve visited at Bateman and best have the highest professional standards. They are the Best.🥰
