Reading some of the negative reviews genuinely surprised me. Dr. Chaudry is highly knowledgeable and clearly knows what she is doing. While she can come across as quite direct, she takes the time to explain things thoroughly and offers sound advice. It’s also worth remembering that working in healthcare is incredibly demanding, and unfortunately, healthcare professionals are not always treated with the respect they deserve. From my own experience, once Dr. Chaudry got to know me better, I found her approachable, professional, and genuinely committed to providing good care. I have had no issues with her or any of the staff members.

I’ll give this a two-star review only because of the male dentist, who really deserves a five-star rating. He was extremely kind and treated both my son and me, who hadn’t been to the dentist in some time, without any questions or making me feel like a bad mother for not taking him due to my agoraphobia. However, our experience with the female dentist was atrocious! I had to ask her whether she had a problem with me, but reading the reviews shows that I was not the only one. Furthermore, the receptionist wasn’t even there, so my son and I sat ourselves in the waiting room, only to find we were waiting for a very long time with no one to ask how long we would be waiting or even to announce that we were there. 🤦🏽‍♀️😑 In hindsight, I probably will take my son to another dental practice; it’s a shame because we live down the road, and it’s highly convenient. I just wish that it were the male dentist at all times or anyone else other than her! 😫

Honestly listen to the negative reviews, this is a real case of if I could give 0 stars, I WOULD. The main dentist is highly unprofessional and has no good bedside manner in general. From the first appointment with her, the way she was communicating with me was very disrespectful, not only at nearly every appointment I have to wait over 15minutes before I can actually see the dentist (God forbid I’m late by 5minutes tho). I can’t even compare the service to anything because this is genuinely my first time having to deal with a healthcare worker this unprofessional.

Highly not recommended. Tooth main will be better then going here. Went for a new patient check up for my 14 year old. The elderly dentist told me off for not filling up the form properly like I'm in school. She was so rude and hasn't got any manners. While my son was struggling to answer her questions, I thought I'll help him only to be told she's not talking to me. Then she said to the receptionist she is seeing my son as an emergency patient not new NHS, I didn't mind as I was already planning to change dentist. To end it all the receptionist tried to charge my 14 year old for the new patient check up. Do not go here.

My daughter's filling came off and was causing her discomfort, we went to the dentist and doctor's assistant were helpful with our issue and we were able to see the doctor as quickly as she could spare her time. We are happy and satisfied with the service and speed. Thank you.

My kids love her, especially she gives nice donkey sticker. she is very polite and gives honest opinions, treatment is good and reassuring.

I have been a patient at this dentist for over a decade, and I would like to extend a big thank you to Dr. Atif. I recently had a root canal and a dental crown fitted, and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. If you are looking for a professional and high-quality dental practice, I highly recommend this dentist. I always leave feeling very happy and comfortable. Thank you! 😊
