Dental Practice

I have been under this dentist for 27 yrs. I have had brilliant service every time I go. As a disabled person the staff have always gone out of their way to accommodate. Treatment has always been second to none and have had a few problems with swellings after tooth extractions but all in all treatment has been highly professional. On a personal note, I just wish that they could flavour the local injections as they taste fowl.

Extremely rude receptionist. She does not know how to communicate. However, the receptionist lady who was working before her was really professional and kind. Dentist always seems rushed and uninterested. They don’t do emergency appointments or give any medication to manage the pain they have caused. Half of my face was swollen and haven't been eating or sleeping properly after the treatment, and the receptionist lady has told us that the tooth might have got infected and nothing they can do, when they clearly knew the tooth got infected because of the filling they have done. She could've listened and responded to the situation better as a receptionist, or at least inform the dentist, but instead she made the situation look like its our fault, and has told us to find somewhere else to go. Terrible service and experience, wouldn't recommend anyone going there.

I have had NHS work and private cosmetic bonding work done at this dental surgery and my dentist has always been patient with me and her work is of excellent standard. The dental assistant and the staff on the front desk are also friendly and welcoming every time I go.

Today my experience with this practice is absolutely disappointing. I've called the practice 2 in the last 2 month just so I wasny tossed around like they did today. My son had a embraces appointment 2 month ago and I was told his 2 baby tooth could be taking out or we wait for it to come out. On getting there today I was told to go back home they never got the note knowing very well have rang twice to confirm I insisted and they kept saying I should go home. I rand the other dentist which confirmed. They send them the report 20th of May. Because I called and I really got angry to have been Lies too. I was told aging they didn't receive the report, the manager never took side of their worker that was rude and treated differently beacuse I'm black 4 time she done that so I asked are you racist the manager called the police on me. They also said I am not alone to ever come to their practice I have had the choice to change practice from my experience today.

Always find the staff to be helpful and friendly. Never had much of a problem getting an appointment and it's a very pleasing space now that it has had a refurb.

went to this dentist recently to make an appointment and heard lots of abuse from the dentist to the staff. Waiting with another person what we heard was very unprofessional, we then left I would not recommend this dentist but I have heard the lady dentist at the end of the week is a lot better. Dont know if I want to be put through this experience again

Not good at all! Worst dentice ive ever been! Im more in pain that ive already was! With out telling her there is a hole in the tooth she wouldnt do nothing! When she saw it as even i could see the hole inside the tooth she just Dig in it with out any softnes she just stick her thing in the hole which gives me double pain! Then she put the injection in which actually didnt help much and start cleaning the nerve, if i didnt react on the pain she wouldnt stop! After she Dig in to my Tooth she took an Exray of my Tooth, and cut my Gum as i was already in pain but she asked me to close my mouth MORE and MORE till i actually cut my GUM with it!!i was litarely praying on the chair and pleasing god to end this while she was cleaning my nerve ! WORST DENTIS EVER IVE BEEN TO!!!!!!! She need more Practice than she thinks! At least treat you Patiance with more softnes we are no Pigs!!!! Thanks got she didnt pull the tooth out god was on my side! .. I cant imagine what would happened.. 100℅ Changing a Dentice no way im Coming back to this Dentice Surgery ever Again!!
