Inspire Dental Dagenham

I came in with an emergency appointment and was greeted well by the front desk. I had my appointment with Kieran who was really lovely and reassuring. He was very understanding, assessed my situation and gave me treatment which was done very quickly. I was then given a prescription and haven’t been happier with the service I received today. I was initially anxious after reading a lot of bad reviews, but my experience with this particular dentist was great.

Very patient and understanding dentist, they let you know every step they need to take to correct your dental problem. They explain everything calmly and are very sympathetic with you. All the staff are lovely, I would highly recommend this dental surgery but there is a waiting list to get on their books.

Iqra is just wonderful and put me at ease as I’m such a nervous patient. She takes her time and her and her nurses do all they can to make your visit as pleasant as possible. I’ve many years of avoidance with dentists but I know Iqra is doing the best for me

It was a very bad experience. I visited with a broken tooth and severe pain, expecting proper care and attention. However, the dentist only cleaned the area and applied a temporary filling without anesthesia showing no real concern for the level of pain I was already in. The treatment felt very insensitive, and there was a clear lack of empathy and basic courtesy throughout the visit. The pain became unbearable, and I eventually lost control because of how intense it was.

Lovely team at Inspire. Reception are welcoming and the dental hygienist and her nurse are supportive and ensure your comfort at all times. I am a new patient and I would say this is the best dentists I have been to.

The hygienist is brilliant at this dentist. Some of the reception staff could do with a shake up. They are rude and not very helpful. For the time I was waiting I listened to their constant drivel. I arrive 30 mins early for my hygienist appointment. My hygienist was running 30 late I was not told this and so sat there for a hour. When I asked the reception team they said they would ask the hygienist how much long until I was seen. Thirty minutes later than my appointment the hygienist says that she had a family emergency and apologised. So her appointments for that day would be late while she caught up. The receptionists failed to mention this so I complained and told the hygienist that the reception team should have been informing her patients. This is not really acceptable if I was 10 minutes late I would have had my appointment cancelled.

I wasn't impressed with the receptionist service, I arrived at the wrong time for my appointment, I thought it was at 12:45 but it was at 12:20, she took my money and aloud me to sit there for over an hour before she could tell me that I missed it. I was booked for the next day. when I turned up the following day, I was asked to pay again, I informed her that I had already paid, but she wasn't convinced, she called me in the evening requesting that I return to pay. I informed her that I was out and would have to check my bank first. The next day I received a call asking me for the last four digits of me card number, to then to told that the funds that I paid was processed onto some else's account. Very poor service.
