I had a very good experience with Dr Preeti Thakur during my recent visit. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease from the start. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me feel comfortable and informed throughout. The treatment was smooth and handled very gently. Neveah, the dental nurse assisting, was also kind and attentive, making sure I was comfortable at all times. The staff were welcoming and efficient, and the whole visit felt very well organised and stress-free. Overall, I’m very happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend Dr Preeti Thakur.

I had my first ever root canal treatment today with Dr Georgina Matthews and dental nurse Klaudia, and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was really nervous beforehand, especially about the drilling and procedure itself, but they both made me feel so comfortable and well looked after from start to finish. They were incredibly attentive, regularly checking if I was okay, explaining what was happening, and making sure I felt at ease throughout. The calm environment and music also helped so much. What really stood out to me was how skilled, reassuring and kind they both were. I was genuinely amazed by the technology and techniques used during the treatment, and they were both so patient and thoughtful in answering the questions I had afterwards. The local anaesthetic injection was probably the hardest part for me, but even then it really wasn’t bad at all. After that, the procedure itself was far smoother and more comfortable than I expected. Thank you both so much for your kindness, professionalism and care.

I’ve been seeing Dr G Matthews since 2015, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She has just fitted a crown for me, and the colour match is absolutely perfect... it blends so naturally that I can't tell it's there. What really stands out is the quality and longevity of her work; a filling she did for me lasted over 10 years before it needed a crown, which says everything about her attention to detail and skill. Beyond the technical excellence, Dr Matthews has a wonderfully calm and reassuring manner. She always puts me at ease, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and even plays classical music during appointments, which makes the whole experience quite relaxing. She never rushes, always puts my comfort first, genuinely cares about all her patients, she has patients travelling hundreds of miles to see her. That alone should tell how much they value her expertise. I feel very lucky to have been under her care for so many years. A shoutout to all the nurses who've assisted Dr.Matthews all these years and the friendly and efficient receptionists- thank you for the care.

Dr Pritti is a brilliant Dentist and she is always so warm and friendly. She talks me through every treatment and always explains my options to me. I always feel confident in her abilities and work she does on my teeth. I'm very grateful to her for all the years of care and treatment she has given me!

Highly recommend! I have been a very anxious dental patient my entire life and used to have panic attacks before any procedure. However, their gentle approach, patience, and overall ability to make me feel at ease have completely changed my experience. While dentist visits still aren't my favorite thing to do, my anxiety and fear are completely gone.
