This place is wonderful, the receptionists are so professional and friendly. The dentist was excellent, friendly, very gentle and easy to talk to and she listened to my concerns regarding my teeth. The nurse were gentle too and when taking x rays they tried to make them as pain free as possible. I highly recommend this practice especially if you are a nervous patient.

I am always very anxious, but every visit is never as I expected. My dentist is calm, professional and explains what he is doing. Staff always very pleasant. The atmosphere is a calm and pleasant one. I have been a patient here for a number of years and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Black Swan.

I was apprehensive before attending my appointment as I have had such bad luck when it comes to dentist however I cannot fault Black Swan AT ALL! From the second you walk in, it feels like a spa. It’s calming and inviting. I’ve always had a huge fear of dentists and the feeling you get when you walk in keeps all that fear at bay. I had an appointment with Chloe who was amazing. She was friendly and empathetic and made sure I had all the information I needed. It felt like I was with a friend. I have a clear picture of what the whole journey will look like moving forwards and walking away I feel I am in the absolute best hands. Cannot fault anything at all. I was referred to the Black Swan by my Dentist, as I had been having issues with clenching my teeth at night. Initially I had a full review with Ahmad, where I was able to go through all the recent issues I had been having and then was given a full examination. I am now wearing night guards on my teeth and at the moment getting used to them. The service has been fantastic from the welcome by the team on the front desk to the treatment I am receiving. I am being reviewed as part of the service, to make sure all is going well. Plus being able to pass on any issues via WhatsApp in between appointments, during the initial bedding in period has been very reassuring and very promptly dealt with. Thank you John

Steve my dentist and his assistant did the procedure with no fuss, care, very professionally and at a reasonable cost. I have recommended him and Black Swan to friends. It’s important to be confident when one’s in later years that oral/dental health is good to minimize any links with mental health. I feel Black Swan help me to minimize these risks. Thank you team.

The best dental practice I have ever been to. It is exactly what you would hope for from an exclusive practice in London - without the eye wateringy high charges .All the reception staff are kind and efficient, and my dentist, Dr Conteh, explains clearly what treatment I need, therefore I do not feel any apprehension while he is dealing with my teeth. This practice is the first one I have ever been to where I have not felt nervous- and as I am very old, my experience of dentists, good and awful, has been considerable.

Attention to detail was given at every stage of my assessment, no rushing! I was given time to absorb and digest information, clear visuals of problems and resolutions! Very comfortable, clean and hygienic surroundings, my clinician and her team were easy going pleasant and nice people! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Black Swan Dental Spa to anyone, it is a unique Dental Service!
