Hendford Dental Practice Yeovil

Had my first experience of visiting Hendford dental practice today. Receptionist was very friendly helpful and informative. The dentist whom I saw was excellent and was very thorough and explained fully around my dental care and follow up action's. No treatment required apart from a scale and Polish. Teeth now gleaming.

Dentist has completely changed recently and have a whole new set up and staff. They haven't bothered to tell their existing patients of this complete change. Had to give all my medical details again and have whole new x-rays done. Appt was for 15 mins but ended up in there 40 mins. whilst the new dentist told me all the things wrong with my teeth. For very nervous patients having this complete change of staff and procedure with absolutely no warning is very upsetting. A letter or email before the appointment, explaining the changes and what to expect, would of made the world of difference. We are paying for a service after all....

I had a tooth extracted today at Hendford Dental Practice in Yeovil, and I can’t praise the team of Nadia and her dental nurse enough. I am very nervous about dental procedures in general, but Nadia is a very pleasant and kind individual who immediately puts me at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, making sure I fully understood each step before going ahead. Her calm, gentle manner made what is normally a nerve‑wracking and unpleasant experience for me feel completely manageable, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the not too enjoyable procedure that none of us would chose to undergo voluntarily! She was gentle and reassuring during the procedure, constantly checking that I was comfortable, which helped me a lot. Her dental nurse was also great - helpful and friendly - and together they make a great team. I would firmly recommend Hendford Dental Practice, and Nadia in particular, to anyone feeling anxious about badly-needed dental treatment like me.

I was surprised when I turned up to find that the practice had been taken over and my dentist had retired. I think it would have been good if the practice had informed all patients of this update. The new practice looks very nice and my dentist was very professional and helpful

Excellent service. Lovely friendly receptionist, very kind dental nurse and Abdi the dentist I saw was brilliant. He explained everything and really took time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. I would highly recommend Hendford Dental Practice.

Amro and his Staff have just taken over the practise. It all looks very smart and swish, newly decorated, smart furniture and very High Tech. I had my initial examination and the remedy to my problem fully explained including options at each stage. This also included the cost of the treatment plan at the various stages. So no hidden fees or costs. I begin this course of treatment at the end of March.

Great service - honest and trustworthy. I felt very safe and the communication was exemplary when I was in a vulnerable situation. 110% recommendation in the south west area.
