I can’t express enough how much Ruby, Donna and Mel from the old surgery in Crewe Queen street make me feel so comfortable and taken care of. I hate the dentist but I’ve been coming here for at least 4 years now and those 3 woman have the most outstanding customer service. Always so kind to me. Go above and beyond to make me and my kids comfortable! Love them all!

Thank you to Achilles for transforming my teeth — far beyond anything I ever imagined. The difference is unbelievable. I feel happier, more confident, and I’m smiling without a second thought. His skill, care, and precision at every step have made the whole journey feel reassuring. I still have a few things left to finish, but already I feel like a new person, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I have visited My Amazing Dental practice today 26th March 2026. The Old Surgery in Crewe Cheshire. I would just like to say as always what a fantastic service I received. The customer service is amazing from the Technical/Surgery staff to the Administration staff. First time at this dentist and of course, I was late! I phoned to let them know and was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist - no problem, I could do slotted in as it was an initial assessment. Arrived 10 minutes late but after only a short wait, I was in with the dentist. Very reassuring (I'm a bit of a nervous Nellie when it comes to dentists) and quickly decided on the best treatment for my poorly wisdom tooth. As a first time visit it was excellent and I felt comfortable and confident with my future treatment.

Diane and Emily ensured that today’s procedure was serene, professional and successful. They cared for my wellbeing excellently before starting the dental work. I thank them both for their happy and unflustered approach. The job was done in perfect simplicity. I highly recommend both of them and the practice. Thank you from the bottom of my gums 🙏☺️🙃

I was nervous about having a tooth extracted today. Tom quickly put me at ease and I appreciated his kindness and sense of humour. He took time to explain the procedure and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with his manner and professionalism. I also liked his dental nurse, Emily, who assisted in a very appropriate way. I would have no doubt in recomending Tom to others. I am very pleased with my treatment. The booking and payment process was quick and efficient.

I have just come back from a smile makeover consultation and I don’t think I’ve ever felt so excited to visit a dentist before. Amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Thank you very much for all your help so far. Looking forward to my next visit!
