Fantastic service from start to finish. Receptionist who took my panic call on Saturday was calm and booked me in that day. When I arrived at the clinic it felt clean. Got chatting with another patient who assured me I was in goods hands. Other patients had also travelled out of area due to recommendations. Dentist called me in. The Dentist (too nervous to get names) and nurse were so considerate, caring and understanding. Put me at easy as I was having extraction.. The Xray and my tooth was shown to me before extraction. At every step everything was explained to me. I felt in safe hands even though I had never met the staff before. After the procedure aftercare was explained. I was assured any issues I could call and I would be seen. I also got a telephone call from Roberto 2 days later to check I was ok. Amazing service they went above and beyond. They all deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you.

Absolutely over the moon with this dentist practice! They went out of there way to help me when no-one else would and completely worked with me to accommodate my situation. I'd called all NHS dental helplines, 111 an had exusted all local dentist's. No-one would help I was just told to call back the next day even though I was in extreme cripplingly wisdom tooth pain. Everyone from the Receptionist, Dentist to the Owner were extremely helpful and caring. They were straight forward the whole time, explained everything an saw me straight away which was amazing. No long waits or shocking added fee's. The treatment itself was executed with great care and immediate action to ease my pain. The reassurance I recieved the whole way through was very comforting. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone. They will definitely be my first call for future use. Thank you all so much.

I can’t recommend this dental clinic enough! They accepted me on a Saturday evening with severe tooth pain, when no one else was willing to help. I arrived expecting that my tooth would have to be extracted, but thankfully they were able to save it. Most importantly, they relieved my pain almost immediately. The entire team was incredibly kind and caring. I truly felt looked after from the moment I walked in. The dentist explained everything clearly step by step, so I always knew what was happening and felt completely at ease. What impressed me the most was that on Monday they called to check how I was feeling. That level of care and professionalism is rare. I was given an emergency appointment on the day that I contacted the practice. The dentist and assistant were both very friendly and reassuring but also very professional. The treatment was relatively quick and painfree. It was also nice to receive a phone call on the following day to see how I was. I would definitely recommend this practice.
