I had an amazing experience at this dentistry and wanted to leave a special thank you to two people who really stood out. First, Bianca, the hygienist, did an incredible job. She cleaned my teeth so well that they honestly looked almost like they had been whitened afterwards — shiny and fresh like new. The whole process was completely pain-free and she worked with real care and attention throughout. You can tell she genuinely wants to help people look after their teeth and prevent problems before they happen. I would absolutely recommend anyone to book a hygiene appointment with her if they want to take care of their long-term dental health. I also want to thank Estela, the dentist, who helped me with a composite bonding issue. She was fantastic. The whole treatment was completely pain-free and she made the experience surprisingly comfortable and relaxed. I’ve never had an injection at a dentist that I didn’t even feel — that was a first for me. She is an amazing dentist and made me realise that going to the dentist doesn’t have to be something to be afraid of. Overall, a fantastic experience with both of them. I will definitely be coming back in the future and recommending this practice to friends and family. 5 out of 5 — thank you very much! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am terrified of dental work and injections as well as being neurodivergent. I came today for a root canal and I was petrified from the get go, when it came to the injection I had a full blown panic attack, crying and shaking the works. At one point I thought I can't do this I'm gonna have to leave. But I didn't and it's entirely down to how I was treated. I couldn't honestly express my gratitude more to Dr Bruno Costa and his dental nurse enough. They didn't belittle me or make me feel embarrassed(which is usually the case), the complete opposite!! They allowed me time to calm down, reassured me endlessly, helped me calm down my breathing and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. You guys are amazing and you should absolutely get recognition for that thank you so much what you did for me today looked so natural to you guys but it really meant the world x

My dentist is Dr. Lúcia, she's always frendly, very professional and kind. Always trying to help me out. The ladies from reception are also very polite and helpful. Highly recommend them!

I was referred to Pembroke for a root canal and Bruno did my treatment, he was extremely efficient and my treatment was completed very fast and let’s face it you don’t really want to be in the dentist chair longer than you need to! So thankyou Bruno and the team at Pembroke I’m looking forward to being pain free …. After the injections wear off ! 👍🏼😬

Everything was great about my appointment, very friendly receptionist staff, appointment was on time, and Bruno the dentist was calm and the root canal wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be, very straight forward and painless.

Was so worried about having a root canal but it was so fine! Receptionists are lovely and Costa was absolutely brilliant. Didn’t feel a thing, was quick and excellent procedure.
