Have been advised from a great guy Dr. Baysal to come here as it works out less convenient for me to travel for what I was getting done. Met the team. All fab....Eddie, Julianna, Daniella and the other lady (My apologies for not getting your name). All lovely. The job was immaculate. Quick & easy. I was recommended Enhanced Dentistry in Crawley for two implants. This meant a 90 mile round trip but i was willing to give it a go. First impressions were very positive with a warm and friendly greeting from the reception staff ( Jo and georgina ) very professional. Dr Eddie took me thoroughly through the treatment plan for my implants, the expectations and results. 6 months later i could not be happier with the results. Dr Eddie is so passionate about his work, he took time to explain and draw diagrams, he even followed up after my surgery with text messages to ensure all was well. I would highly recommend Enhanced Dentistry you will not be disappointed. Thank you.

Very unprofessional service, I would strongly advise people to avoid this place. I had an appointment booked for a chemical peel consultation as I was interested in a deep peel. During my previous visit I paid £50, which they also confirmed in their records. On the day of my next appointment, they called me only 30 minutes before the scheduled time to cancel. I had already taken a day off work to attend. During the call they also said that if I wanted to have the treatment done now, it would cost £300, which was completely different from what I had previously discussed. The whole situation felt very unprofessional and poorly managed. No proper explanation was given and nothing was offered to compensate for cancelling at such short notice. The staff member on the phone sounded rude and uninterested, giving very robotic responses without any empathy or effort to resolve the issue. It really felt like they simply don’t care about their customers or their reputation. Overall a very disappointing experience.

New to this area and I need my tooth extraction (unfortunately) after doing some researching I went ahead. Easy booking and process went smoothly,good team work,everyone so friendly and caring,definitely going back to them. I can’t recommend enough!! Thank you Enhance Dental Surgery.

I had a bit of a journey with Enhance Dental, who I was introduced to by Smile White. As I travel a lot, email communication works best for me, and we did have a few teething problems at the beginning. As Clinic likes the old phone call best. So I guess that caused a tad of frustrating both ways(it got easily sorted! 🙏 What really stood out was how Daniella handled everything. She genuinely listened, took all my concerns on board, and went above and beyond, even organising postage for me when needed, so save me a trip. She was fair, honest, and always willing to think outside the box to find solutions, which is something that now days is difficult to find. The end result is a healthy, straight smile and white teeth, and I’m very happy. I’m not the easiest customer, so that says a lot. Thank you, Daniella and the team.

Jo was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the whole process. Dr. Eddie was professional, caring, and gave excellent, honest advice that made me feel confident and well-informed. I truly appreciate their help and highly recommend them.
