Today I finished my implant treatment and the result is amazing. I cannot praise this dental practice enough, everyone has been so friendly, empathetic and explained the whole journey of treatments thoroughly. Hello All. My name is Sean, and I would like to spend a few minutes to express my sincere thanks to THE BROADWAY DENTAL BOUTIQUE for their friendly reassuring attitude and practice. I had a front tooth that had cracked and broken through natural pressure and an upper tooth that needed the original filling removed and prepared for a cap which was moulded and manufactured and then fitted. Dr Avni Desai is my Dentist and I would recommend her very highly as she is very attentive and very skilled and for all the procedures I went through both her and the dental staff did an excellent job. In fact where the front tooth was filled and the bottom edge built up and shaped and polished you can't see the difference. My upper tooth with the cap, I truthfully can't feel any difference. From the start of it being fitted it felt very natural. On a further note Dr Avni noticed I had trouble with one of my knees and it was a struggle for me to reach the upper floor, so she arranged to attend to me on the ground floor. Many thanks for that. I am a very nervous patient but Dr Anwar is amazing I feel relaxed with him. I no longer hang on to the arm rest of the dentist chair. Dr Anwar has been my dentist for over the last 7 years. I had a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. The receptionist team were welcoming, professional, and efficient, making the whole check-in process feel smooth and well-organised. My appointment ran seamlessly, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was how kind and reassuring everyone was—they made a real effort to put me at ease, which made all the difference. A special mention to the hygienist, Amy, who was absolutely superb. She was not only highly skilled and thorough, but also incredibly informative and attentive throughout. Overall, I felt very well looked after and confident in the quality of service provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this clinic again, and would happily recommend it to others.

I had an appointment with Dr Yash. He was extremely thorough and really took the time to check and ensure my understanding and allow for my questions. I didn’t feel like I was just a number in and out like I have at other places. Really grateful for the treatment and the affordability of the interventions offered to me

I had booked Broadway Dental Boutique as my clinic of choice for my Invisalign journey and I am so glad I did. Dr Amo came up as a top candidate for Invisalign in the area and I can see why. He is meticulous, very thorough and realistic. Adele was a superstar through my whole Invisalign journey. So responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Thank you both. Really great experience at the Broadway Dental Boutique in Crawley - booked in for a hygenist appointment and got one with Amy, and also a TCO scan just before. Amy was lovely, she was extremely thorough and not too harsh at all. She also gave me ample opportunities for any breaks should I need them. She then went on to explain flossing technique and extra touches such as recommending the best dental tools for my teeth. Overall this was a really good experience, and I will definitely be coming back here and to Amy for any hygenist appointments.
