Karishma fully understands the challenges that maintaining good dental health poses to children/young people with SEN. She is fully supportive, and will always refer onwards to specialists. She understands their anxiety. Very pleased she returned after her maternity leave.

Every member of staff here is amazing. Friendly, caring and professional. Archana has managed to get me having the procedures I need, that I would never have done before without sedation. I am a terrible patient and they are all,so good with calming me and making me feel at ease. The nurses are incredible along with reception staff. They actually have no idea what they have done for me, nit only in terms of dentistry but building my confidence to actually go regularly and not put it off. Thank you so much to all of you, especially Archana and Freya (who seems to often get stuck with dealing with me!) 😊

I had an excellent experience at Hollybush Dental Clinic , Dr. Praveen Joseph is an outstanding dentist—very professional, humble, and caring. The staff, including the nurses and reception team, were very welcoming and helpful, making sure all my dental needs were addressed. I had deep cleaning and fillings done, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for top-quality dental care.

DO NOT BOOK AT HOLLYBUSH CLINIC. I was 7 minutes late for my hygienist appointment and the reception staff said that my appointment was cancelled because I was over 5 minutes late. I explained my circumstances but they refused me from seeing the hygienist and took my deposit of £46 which I made a few months ago to secure the appointment. I've never felt so unwelcome. I have made a written complaint hoping to get a refund. I've been made to wait before on many occasions before the dentist was free to see me and I've never complained about that. I also wanted to point out that the reception staff at Hollybush dental clinic are very cold, rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Not just on this occasion, but many times, the reception staff have been rude. I've always discounted it as Dr Joseph has been so good to me, however, this time, enough is enough. Due to this poor behaviour and terrible customer service, I've had to change my dental clinic which is a shame as Dr Joseph is such a good and friendly hygienist whom I've been having good service from for almost 10 years. The reception staff lack basic courtesy and professionalism. I will not be returning to this clinic and do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a positive and respectful experience. Extremely disappointed.
