Absolutely fantastic! Alyssa is very nice and makes you feel at ease. Explains everything. Chloe was lovely. Gave options and the positives and negatives of each. I’ve always hated the dentist and avoided it, but I’ve now found my forever dentist. Side note, that seals the deal: it doesn’t smell like a dentist surgery. Usually when I enter the dentist and it has that dentist smell in the waiting room I feel weak and sick - not here! Best staff, best experience, no judgement, fantastic communication!

Throughout my recent long dental treatment Dr Chloe Lennox has been exceptionally patient and supportive. She has always seen me promptly when l have called with a further issue with my teeth. She has given me excellent advice on how to care for my teeth to help prevent any further issues. The reception staff are courteous and kind at all times and kept me informed throughout of my appointments and costs. I have been at this dentist practice for almost 8 years and was initially an NHS patient but had no hesitation in moving over to a private agreement when the practice changed. All staff understand the needs of my husband who has dementia and are extremely considerate through his appointments. I would recommend this dental practice and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere?

I have been in this practice for many years and always been happy. Now on Denplan and see Chloe. She is a brilliant dentist and very professional. The girls on reception are very polite and friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else worth paying for knowing if you have a problem they will fit you in asap. Thank you for excellent service.

Archie performed a filling on my tooth today. I have Autism and a severe personality disorder, I expressed this to him and he was simply PHENOMENAL. I have had very traumatic experiences in the past with dentists who saw me and my disabilities as inconvenient. Archie explained everything he was doing, he was ALWAYS calm and very lovely in terms of bedside manner, he’s immaculately presented, he clearly knows what he’s doing and he’s very passionate about it. Not only that, BUT for the FIRST TIME in my LIFE, I felt ZERO pain. The needle didn’t hurt, I didn’t feel in any sort of danger, I felt 110% comfortable and content. I can’t emphasise enough how amazing he is at what he does. He’s potentially the greatest asset the dentist has. From growing up at this dentist, I can attest to him being the very very best I’ve ever had. He deserves to be the boss.

We have been with this practice since 1985 and have and still receive excellent service from Mr Grant, and since his retirement, Tom and now Archie. We had been on Denplan but the practice changed to another scheme this year. My wife and myself transitioned seamlessly through the change. Thank you to the reception staff who have always been helpful.

Had no problems with this dentist until today, a letter saying my appointment cancelled and am no longer a member which I signed up for only due to they cancelled my granddaughter 5 years old, as she was NHS, and can’t take NHS without a paid up member! however they had problems with my direct debit saying they tried to take payment and it failed, have since checked my messages have gone to junk mail, I spoke to the receptionist following an appointment in December she said everything was fine, now I’m not a member but they have charged me £21 for non payment which the transaction has surprisingly gone through. Not happy either with the response and the communication with the dentist, terrible service. Pleased to be out of it, give my money to a dentist who cares about their clients.

Absolutely shocking service. I signed my daughter up to their private scheme via the QR code they sent me when I was advised they could no longer take NHS patients. They happily set up my direct debit and took money from my account until my daughter made an appointment for a suspected abscess. They rang and cancelled the appointment half an hour before she was due to attend leaving her in pain and without a dentist due to me not being a member of their scheme! The original letter sent didn’t really make this clear and certainly didn’t give any instructions how I could join. Would have been nice if they declined the policy before taking any money from me and leaving my daughter without a dentist. I would avoid at all costs as money making is clearly all they think about, not the health of their patients.
