The Team at Torcross were very friendly and efficient. Just had a check up and a scale and polish. Love the fact that your dentist does the teeth cleaning on the same appointment if no further treatment is necessary, so no need for a second visit. Overall very satisfied

Would definitely recommend this practice to everyone. All staff from receptionist to dentist are so nice & professional. They dont put any pressure on you for anything. They are so helpful.

Fantastic experience. Have had a massive fear of the dentist and haven’t visited one in years because of this. However today I’ve visited this dentist for an emergency appointment and the were brilliant. From the lady on the phone, to the receptionist to the actual dentist they were all so lovely? Non judgemental and super helpful and equally had a natural calming about them that really helped me feel less anxious. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Called the practice due to a tooth becoming extremely wobbly whilst heavily pregnant. The receptionist was very polite and managed to get me an appointment within 24hours. The dentist and her assistant were amazing, extremely reassuring, polite and explained everything perfectly. Luckily my tooth was extracted within minutes with the lovely assistant holding my hand the whole way through. Thank You so much for taking great care of me whilst I was feeling extremely vulnerable. I really appreciate how you made a distressing situation very calm and collect 🥰

Really pleased with consultation today. The dentist gave me a full examination, including X-rays explained thoroughly her clinical judgement and explained in detail a treatment plan. I was impressed, I have now swapped my next appt to the Torcross Practice. All very professional and able to provide an appt at short notice.

An emergency appointment arranged within 24 hours, for a replacement filling. The reception and surgery staff, were great and understood my needs. On the whole a very pleasant experience.
