Longfellow Road Dental Practice

This is my first ever doctor visit after coming to Coventry as a student, and I had an appointment with Dr Asefa Ahmed following a NHS 111 service call, it was indeed a great 15 mins as she made me feel comfortable instantly, I explained to her my dentist and dental appointments phobia, but she made sure I felt comfortable and at ease through and through. Everything was done so perfectly and calmly, although it was a 15-20 min consultation and do have a future Appointment with her, I'm glad I got her and her nurse Naz. I'm looking forward to the next appointment with her.

The people at the desk were very helpful and polite they helped instruct my on what to do when it came to the forms. and during my appointment I had my dentist explain to things to me so I understood what I needed to do in my next appointment and they answered my questions in a kind and polite manner. They were all really nice and I found them so helpful especially some it was my first appointment as an adult

It was my very first experience getting treatment done with experts in Coventry. When I rang them, I was scheduled for the very next day. There was no long queue, and the staff were warm and welcoming. My treatment was done by Dr Rose; she is excellent with her skills, and I have no words for the overall experience. I recommend everyone to visit Longfellow Dental Surgery for a wonderful experience and comfort.

The clinical care provided by Dr Bas and his nurse was outstanding, as a nervous patient I felt supported and comfortable with their approach, I was very pleased with the look and fitting of the new crown. Keep up the great work. The appointment was rearranged as the lab work had been delayed by the bank holiday break, I received a phone call confirming this but had to ring back and reorganise a new appointment but this proved to be very difficult the queue system doesn’t function properly and when held in this queue , the system terminated the call when i got to number 2 -3 in the queue , this happened repeatedly all morning, furthermore i ask for an automatic ring back and this never happened please could you investigate the issue and provide some feedback many thanks Stephen

I originally contacted Longfellow Road Dental Practice after a friend told me that her dentist was really good with people who have a phobia about dental treatment. I contacted the practice and the dentist recommended was not taking on any new patients. I explained that I had previously had bad experiences and even though I'm in my 50's I was still petrified of going to the dentist. The woman I spoke to was wonderfully understanding and suggested I come in and see Dr. Shazia. That was over a year ago and Dr. Shazia has been absolutely amazing. So calm, understanding, explains treatment clearly without frightening you, friendly and really attentive during any procedures, checking that you are ok. I have just had my first root canal procedure, something that I would have definitely not even contempled a year ago. The whole team at the practice are really nice, particularly the person that calls the day after any treatment to make sure all is ok and the various nurses who have supported. Thank you Dr. Shazia for all you have done both in helping me with my fear and for helping me keep my teeth. I can't thank you enough. Dean

From calling reception to booking an appointment, everything is always so easy and straightforward, whether it’s for a routine check-up, a filling, or any other treatment. I would also highly recommend my dentist, Shazia, who has been my dentist for the past few years. Every visit has always been a positive experience, whether it’s a check-up, cleaning, filling, or anything else. I’m very happy with the service and care she provides. I came in yesterday for an extraction, and the dentist was amazing. He made sure everything went smoothly. A big thank you to him for his professionalism, his kindness, and his patience. A special mention to the wonderful nurse who held my hand, it brought me so much comfort, and I’m truly grateful to her.
