Light Lane Dental Practice

I went here last week the receptionists were lovely, I arrived about 20 minutes early for my appointment I was called up 30minutes after my due time which I didn't mind when I got it to the room it was rush rush rush , I felt like I was in the way and shouldn't be there, I didn't feel welcome at all it was embarrassing, they told me they couldn't do anything without a list of what medication that i was taking, I found that on the NHS app they still didn't want to do anything and told me to come back the following Monday. If I could give zero stars I would. I booked in somewhere else and was treated completely different. Safe to say I won't be recommending light lane dental practice

Been coming to this dentist for years but had a change of dentist in the last 3 years. Had no issues previously but since I have had the new dentist get conflicting feedback and advice. Also when you go into the dentist room you have 4 people (including the dentist) stood in the room. The others are chatting amongst themselves giggling and laughing even when you are trying to speak to the dentist after the check up. The setup has in my opinion become unprofessional and comes across a little chaotic. I was on the verge of moving previously but this last experience has sealed it and I will just go private more locally to me. The extra cost is well worth it for what should be a proper professional experience.

SHARON AT THE RECEPTION, IS VERY COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL, DR MANBIR, AND DR MANBIR'S ASSISTANT, ARE BOTH VERY ATTENTIVE, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES. A 10/10 FOR A GREAT SERVICE, THANK YOU ALL ONCE AGAIN, FOR LOOKING AFTER ME, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIGHT LANE DENTAL PRACTICE.

Had a tooth out today with dr sander at light lane dentist absolutely fantastic with me , made me relaxed calm as I was quite shaky so I didn’t feel anything now I will go back to that dentist all the time amazing

I had an appointment for my little one and myself on Friday 2nd Jan 26, Dr Jyothi was amazing. I have been with the dental practice for so many years and they are always professional and polite, including their reception staff.
