Dental Care Unit Willowbrook Health Centre

Sally Service Hound and I (& one of my daughters for Sally support) visited yesterday afternoon. Had a molar with a broken root (in the nerve canal) removed and also had some roots left behind after a past botched molar-home-removal removed too. Was in the dentist's chair and going numb 10-minutes before my appointment time had even arrived! The works were completed inside of 20 minutes. Wow! Then a quick xRay to ensure all was gone; a tiny bit of previous RCT root tip left, so back into the chair and then I was out again after 5-minutes. Over all there was very little bleeding, very little swelling or bruising and surprisingly little pain! Lovely "bedside manner" from dentist and dental assistant too. I must state that considering why I visited 😳 in the first place, it was a surprisingly pleasant visit! 😁 There was loads of parking available, however we went in a taxi (there and back) from Kettering at a cost of over £50. I won't scare you with the before-and-after photos! Highly recommended dental surgery.

Richard was fantastic, I couldn’t recommend him more to a parent who has a child who may be anxious about getting their tooth removed. My son said he felt so relaxed and reassured "he’s the best dentist I’ve ever had" thank you so much for being patient and careful with him.

I had my wisdom tooth out there today and everything was just outstanding. The dentist and the nurse were brilliant. They were kind and caring and super professional. They did an excellent job! Thank you!

I was referred here for a tooth extraction. I was absolutely terrified and between the receptionist, dental nurse and dentist I was reassured and set at ease the best I could be. Although never a pleasant experience, the staff made it that bit easier. I'm back again in August for another and this time knowing how well you are looked after and how professional the team are i'll certainly not be going so terrified this time.

My son was referred here, following a traumatic and failed extraction of a tooth. He was lucky enough to be allocated to the care of Richard Goss, who took the time and care to build confidence The care and compassion shown was second to none. We found him to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. Amazing Dentist a credit to the profession.

Visited today to have 2 teeth extracted after having a previous failed extraction at my usual dental practice and i cannot thank the staff who took care of me enough, i felt so comfortable the entire time & they told me exactly what was happening, the whole procedure felt like it only took 10 minutes!! Thankyou!

Superb service by Mr Shenoy and his assistant today on the removal of my wisdom tooth. I was very nervous and apprehensive, even to the point of tears! But I was reassured all the way through the process and in and out in 20 mins. Thank you so much! I really need not have worried.
