My partner had an emergency appointment with Dentist Maria and Dental Nurse Shelbie. He was incredibly nervous due to a poor experience with another dentist and hadn’t been for a few years. They both really put him at ease and made him feel comfortable and was incredibly happy with the treatment he received! Thank you - highly recommended!

I was seen today as a New Private Patient by Dan and Princess. Having been with my old dentist for some 50+ years I was slightly apprehensive, I neednt have been, they put me at ease. I found Dan very professional and easy mannered. The surgery is clean and inviting, the ladies on reception were friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate in recommending this practice.

I have been seen today as new patient with active pain after being seen by another practice 4 times in the last week. Called at 8am and was advised they are fully booked but will let me know if they have any cancellations. I got the phone call 20 minute later and was booked in for 10am. Filled in all the forms, and I was seen after a few minutes wait. Doctor applied anaesthetic as soon as he saw me in so much pain. Did the procedure, prescribed different antibiotics, problem sorted. Dr. Dan handled it with incredible skill, precision, and professionalism. The entire process was far more comfortable than I expected, and he explained every step clearly, which really put me at ease. Had dental work done Dan and Princess make a great team team and are absolutely amazing, Dan came up with a treatment plan, and the cost of the whole thing. talked you through what he was going to do, kept asking how are you doing, stopped if you needed to. Beware, one of the dentists became extremely aggressive and confrontational when I remarked that he didn’t hold the heavy doors open for my grandma, who is 90 years old and uses sticks to I walk. The dentist literally shouted and puffed up his chest as if he wanted to fight. Bizarre behaviour. Never seen anything like it. The manager was very nice and all the other staff were clearly disgusted by his behaviour, but ultimately he shouldn’t be there. He clearly has issues.

I had an appointment today for both my sons with Dann and Princess. I am very pleased with the level of care we received. Princess was very helpful with explaining things to us and keeping my sons happy when they were feeling anxious, as 1 is autistic and the other had a tooth removed.
