Now Renamed but as Iceni Dental, cannot find a Google profile for them I cannot be more thankful for this dentist, I’m with Denplan have been attending this dentist for close to 2 years, Service has been amazing have been seen on the same day also The lovely ladies on receptionist are excellent and Cathy’s work on my teeth has been superb very welcoming calmed my fear of needles too 10/10 - Also having the option of Denplan and this surgery is an absolute plus, Huge peace of mind when a dental issue arises 👏👏👏☺️

Called 111 yesterday (Sunday) about emergency dental needs and they made a referral to Wimpole Road Dental Surgery. I was told the surgery would contact me direct today so I’ve waited in all day on my day off. No phone call. I’ve tried to call them twice. No answer. Never mind guys. I’ll just go about my life with a possibility of sepsis… Absolutely USELESS service!

Many years ago i was suffering from a bereavement, my mother had died, and i missed an annual checkup. The receptionists decided to take me off the list and were smiling and laughing when i tried to explain. Never forget. Never forgive. Hope they got their karma. But i must add that mr McKenzie is a wonderful dentist

I've literally just walked in there and was met by a very sarcastic and antagonistic dentist so I just walk straight back out again. The second I sat in the chair I started getting lectured and spoken down to over bookings. Sorry Karen but stay in your own lane You're here to look at my teeth, not moan at me about booking and appointments. considering the practise cancelled on me twice then never phoned back when they said they would. So unprofessional

Today I went into the surgery and found everybody helpful and friendly I would like to thank Mrs Kathy Fordyce. She did an extraction of one of my teeth and found her very professional and understanding. In the same breath very kind. I well recommend her Thank you again. Daphne

This review is only for the receptionists... I haven't managed to see the dentist. Booking an appointment: instead of offering a service, the receptionist highlighted to me how busy they were.... On the day of the appointment: I was less than 10 minutes late (due to work commitments) and I have been told that another patient was already in. During my appointment I was supposed to have a checkup and discuss a dental plan. At the end, I have wasted a phone call and one hour of my time at work.

Visited for a check up for the first time since November 2019! Had been following the dentists instructions on cleaning my teeth and so fortunately I only needed a clean. One way system in place. Can't just walk in, you have to ring the bell and wait outside. Any bags are put into a box in reception and not taken into the dentists room. The dentist and assistant are masked. There is a screen at reception desk,so as much done as possible for the safety of staff and clients
