Great Horkesley Dental Studio

So happy I found this surgery and was accepted as NHS, the best surgery I have ever belonged to. Easy to get to, always clean and tidy and welcoming, dentist explains things very well, I was always so scared of the dentist, had some awful oast experiences, but they really put me at ease and never an issue anymore.

Having got an emergency appointment through online 111 for a raging toothache this practice came up. I was absolutely petrified as too many traumas at different dentists, but the dentist here was so understanding, patient and kind, as was her young dental nurse. Back in two weeks for check up after having the decayed tooth extracted and looks like I’ve found myself a good dental practice. Thank you every including the friendly receptionists

Had my teeth cleaned etc by Rebecca the Hygienist supported by Emily On Monday. Rebecca has excellent delicate angel fingers! I have sensitive teeth and It was the best clean ever thank you 🙏

She is superb. My teeth look and feel so much better! From the moment she touched my mouth, I had a feeling of reassurance and competance. Very good. I'll be back.

From the moment I walked in I was welcomed and made to feel at ease. I’m an extremely nervous patient, but from reception to in with dentist Shiwanikga and her assistant I have never felt in safer hands or at ease with a dentist before. I needed to have a crown replaced and was duly booked in. In my mind it was going to go like it did when the crown was first fitted, 30 years ago. I was expecting the big impression tray, and to go back in a few weeks to have the replacement crown fitted. I was astounded to find that time has moved on and that everything would be done there and then! In under an hour and a half the old crown was removed, the area underneath cleaned and a 3D printer-made new porcelain crown was fitted. It was absolutely outstanding, and Aga was brilliant throughout, reassuring me, talking me through what was happening etc. I cannot praise the service I receive at this practice highly enough. 🙌
