Both my sister and I have had braces at Colchester Orthodontic Centre. The experience for both of us was brilliant. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. We are both really pleased with the outcome of the treatment, which was completed in a timely fashion. Their after care service has also been impressive with them being able to offer appointments for retainers promptly. We cannot recommend them more highly.

I had my orthodontist appointment today and I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the care I received. Although it turned out that my treatment couldn’t be carried out in the way I had initially hoped, Mr. Davies was incredibly kind, gentle, and honest in explaining everything to me. He took the time to make sure I understood the situation and made me feel supported and cared for throughout. I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism, and it’s clear that kindness radiates through him and his whole practice. The staff were all equally lovely and welcoming, which made the experience so much more positive. Even though I couldn’t proceed with treatment, I left feeling very grateful for the way I was treated. Thank you for your outstanding service.

I have just finished treatment that lasted a little over two years, and the results are honestly better than I ever could have hoped for. ​From the very first consultation, Gareth and the entire team were professional, welcoming, and clearly experts at what they do, they kept me well-informed throughout. ​I also found the remote dental monitoring scans to be brilliant. We are so pleased with our son’s teeth after having a twin block brace then fixed braces. Mr Gowan’s has been excellent and a pleasure to deal with, really putting my son at ease.
