I use the NHS option provided by the mydentist company. The service provided under the NHS banner at this clinic is superb. From the reception staff who always have a welcoming smile and a little banter to the dentists who are professional and equally happy and friendly. My most recent visit was to see Diyang Wei. She is very client focused, explains the procedure which is to be adopted and undertakes the work in an extremely calm, gentle and soft manner. This is the NHS at its best.

Today I had an appointment with dentist specialist in root fillings her name Dr Shalandu Rai, what a special lady, extremely thorough and honest such integrity, a wonderful calming and genuine lady. Highly recommend any nervous patients being put under her care and expertise. Cannot praise her enough a remarkable professional Dr. Thankyou and to her assistant Christine also a lovely lady. I then saw Dentist Samreen Mehkri for fitting of mouth guard, also a lovely lady very calming and professional dentist, and her assistant a lovely smiley disposition, felt very lucky seeing all of the above. Especially as I have not seen dentist for 15 years prior to my first visit about 3 months ago, so much gratitude 🙏 ❤️

Needed an emergency appointment after a tooth broke, Mr Moodley explained my options clearly and also advised. The repair was totally painless and he was reassuring the whole visit. His dental nurse is lovely to. Thoroughly recommend

I booked the first available follow up appointment I was able to after a check up, paid when booking over the phone and was given the next available appointment to fit around my work, bank holiday and the dentist annual leave, however, when I arrived for my appointment I was advised that I would have to pay the check up cost again as too much time has passed since my initial check up. I was not previously told of this when I booked the appointment. The dentist refused to see me for my treatment without the additional cost so I did not go through with the treatment. So now I guess I’ll just leave it until the issue gets worse and no doubt will cost the nhs even more money to fix it…flabbergasted!

Very friendly staff. My dentist explained what she was going to do. She made me feel relaxed in the dental chair. All very helpful

Janusha- as before- was lovely. She is polite, gentle and made sure I was okay several times during treatment. It was my first time meeting Tanya, no concerns on my part though. They worked well together and were both welcoming. I look forward to seeing you Janusha on our next appointment 😊

The reception Staff were friendly and helpful on both sites. My dentist was very thorough, explained in detail problem with my gums and action to be taken. Awaiting results from hospital and the dentist kindly printed what he had received and I didn't. His nurse and apprentice equally nice and helpful.
