Ford Dental Surgery

I had to have an emergency tooth extraction today. Upon arrival my dentist, Inga informed me that she had looked at my xrays from a previous visit, and said the extraction could be difficult and she had spoken to her colleague, Afolabi, who could help with the removal, if needed. As suspected, it was a difficult extraction and both dentists were involved in the procedure. The extraction did take a while but it was virtually pain free. The care I was given was second to none. Many thanks to both dentists. I can highly recommend Ford Dental Surgery.

After being such a nervous patient for so long, I finally bit the bullet and booked to see a dentist at Ford Road. It was so refreshing to be in somewhere so calm even though they were incredibly at the reception. Spotlessly clean, all my treatments were clearly explained and carried out painlessly. We have been registered with this dental practice for about 3 years, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. It took us 2 years of insisting before they finally removed an infected tooth from my child, by which time other teeth had already been compromised. Despite requesting registration for adults at the same time, we never received any response or appointment in all these years—clearly, priority was given elsewhere. Today, for a delay of only 10–15 minutes (including 5 minutes waiting at reception), both of my children were removed from the patient list. This is outrageous, especially considering the appointment itself had already been delayed by 10 minutes without informing us. This practice shows no humanity or understanding towards families and children. Their rigid and unfair approach is unacceptable, and I will be reporting this to the NHS. I strongly advise others never to use this dentist—they do not treat patients with care or respect.

Visited the surgery today receptionist team were lovely as always My dentist Inga was amazing as always I have been with the surgery for many years and would recommend them for sure a five star service Thank you

Excellent service and help from reception yesterday and today. The lady who answered my call was so kind and made a note for herself to phone me back, she did next morning at 8.30 am when she knew the answer to my question! She went above and beyond!

I called Ford Dental Surgery this morning as I’m having an issue with my teeth. Being new to the area and not registered anywhere, the receptionist was very helpful and took some details. She called me back quickly and offered me a private appointment. The appointment was with the dentist Sam (I think this is his name) who made me feel really comfortable and talked me through what was happening. Registration quick and easy and reception ladies were lovely and helpful. Thank you Ford Dental Surgery for seeing me so quickly! Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

I registered my children back in Feb. I tried to make an appointment recently and I'm told they have been removed. Apparently I have received a letter, which I have not!! And an email to remind me to book an appointment or my children will be removed. I have checked all my emails. There is no email at all!! When I rang the surgery to discuss this the lady was so rude and didn't even know what she was talking about. I want to know the dates u sent this letter and email because now my daughter has a temp filling just come out and we only moved into the area last year. I will be taking this further because I want proof this letter and email was sent!!
