Cirencester Dental and Aesthetics

I have been using this practice since I was dragged there by my mum aged 5. 50 years on and a move from Gloucester street to a lovely new premises on Querns Lane, this is still the best and friendliest Practice in town. Billy always puts you at ease and explains everything he is doing very thoroughly. He will do everything he can not to cause any discomfort. Rosy always greets you with her big smile and a good chat. All other staff are always welcoming and friendly. I can't recommend this practice enough.

Having moved around the country a fair bit, I've visited a lot of different dental hygienists. Preeti is by far the best and she has made a massive difference to my dental health. She's thorough, professional, informative and kind - a fantastic combination. Can't fault her.

Billy has been looking after my teeth in all the time I have lived in Cirencester and I consider myself very lucky to have received the recommendation to find him. He is always very polite and explains what he is doing and why and am very happy with how he looks after my teeth. The reception staff are always friendly and polite and on the rare occasions they need to rearrange my appt they explain the reason why and do their best to rearrange at my convenience. I would happily, and with confidence, recommend this Practice to anyone looking.

I've been a patient for a while now and been pleased with the service. It's always been very easy to book appointments. Last year I started the Clear X aligner treatment and have now finished the top set with a few more months to go to straighten the bottom teeth. It's been really straightforward and I've had queries answered quickly. I've now gotten into the routine of taking a small bag with a toothbrush etc out with me and any inconvenience is minor to having a confident smile. The first appointment was quite long, I'm a 'complex case' due to the wonkiness of my bottom teeth, so I've had a lot of attachments added to my teeth, and it takes a few weeks to get used to wearing the aligners initially but definitely worth it and it's very exciting when you can see progress being made. Would definitely recommend!

As someone previously terrified by the prospect of a visit to the dentist, a huge thank you to Lewis, and the wider team for sorting out my teeth over the last three years, whilst making feel much much less anxious about the whole experience. Teeth look much better too!

As a nervous patient, due to previous dentists, I can honestly say that this practice has always provided an excellent service in all ways. From fitting me in quickly for an emergency repair to treatment, the whole team shows compassion, caring and polite interaction. Billy Chan is gentle, kind and reassuring. He explains everything. I rarely feel the needle going in ( I did with previous dentists.) and have never felt any pain during treatment. ( I did with previous dentists.)
