The front of desk service was fantastic. Extremely welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much hassle. The dentist was always very warm and welcoming. Very thorough when during my check up. A lot more in depth then I’ve had in previously other practices

I had my consultation yesterday at Highcliffe Family Dentistry to see if I was suitable for teeth whitening, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Raquel was my dentist, and she was absolutely amazing. She was so thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail, which really helped me feel at ease. I felt completely relaxed throughout the appointment, and she answered all of my questions clearly and patiently. It was such an informative visit, and I left with a much better understanding of my smile and the options available to me. Highly recommend!

Just had a tooth out and all the staff were amazing. Rachael and her nurses were fantastic. So kind, reassuring, informative. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for making a not very nice procedure a lot more pleasant.

I have just had a tooth removed, having not been to the dentist for years and I can’t praise all the staff enough! Angela and Chloe on the reception were both so kind, helpful and welcoming on my arrival… Sarah ( dentist)and Shaneice (nurse) were lovely too, they put me at ease, I was very nervous to begin with but Sarah explained everything and assured me all through the procedure, it was over so quickly!😁… Many thanks to all at the practice, I would recommend them 100%!

First visit with an emergency appointment and was most impressed with the treatment I received from the Dentist and staff - it was excellent. The atmosphere was warm, friendly and helpful. Needless to say I am going back and am glad to have found a good dentist.

Excellent. Ì had a severe toothache after biting on something and knew i needed to see a dentist. I rang and was asked to come straight away. I was seen and had an x-ray and was told I needed an extraction which I had and now the following day I am pain free. An excellent job.

I’ve recently joined this practice, Rebecca was my dentist in Portchester for 5 years. She has now moved to Highclifte, I now travel 80+ miles to remain her patient. I have never seen the same dentist twice before, I’m normally spooked on first appointment because I’m absolutely petrified of dentists due to past experiences. However, she is lovely, gentle, and very understanding with nervous patients. Highly recommended for anyone with a phobia like mine.
