Excellent care and very skilled dentistry. Really clean, welcoming, calm. Sarah is my dentist and she’s absolutely brilliant. I’m a nervous person usually when it comes to seeing a dentist but not with Sarah. Best dental practice I’ve ever been to, which is a few over the 60 years.

I have been going to this dental practice for as long as I can remember. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful with every appointment and advice when I have ever asked about anything, the work I have had done has never had any problems afterwards and there always happy to rebook even when I have had to cancel for any reason. Would 100 percent recommend this dental practise as it has been absolutely brilliant over the years! 5/5 would rate higher if I could!

I had a fantastic experience at this dental surgery. From the moment I walked in, the reception team was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They made check-in smooth and helped answer all my questions with patience and professionalism. The dentist was equally impressive — thorough, gentle, and clearly very knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Lauren Holmes at Christchurch Dentistry highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel completely at ease. I have always had significant anxiety around dental work, but they handled everything with patience, understanding, and genuine care. I recently needed teeth extractions, and the whole process was far less stressful than I ever imagined. The dentist explained each step clearly, checked in with me constantly, and ensured I was comfortable throughout. Their skill and professionalism gave me confidence, and the recovery advice was excellent. Having had work this morning at Christchurch dentist I can only say Lauren was so lovely putting me at ease ..so kind and caring! A brilliant dentist who I would thoroughly recommend.

I was in agony yesterday with an abscess in a lower molar. At about 1a.m I messaged the surgery. At approximately 09:00 this morning I received a text, saying that they could give me an emergency appointment at 12.30. Im a very nervous patient, but I was put at ease by Ruby ,the receptionist. The waiting area is very bright and spacious. 2 minutes before my appointment time , the dentist Sadiq took me into the consultation room. He did an X ray then informed me that the abscess was bad and that the tooth needed to be removed. He and his assistant were extremely kind and reassuring. The extraction went well and I felt absolutely no pain. I would highly recommend this dental practice and all the staff, particularly Sadiq. I left with antibiotics to clear up the infection.

Alex is the best dentist i have had. He is patient, kind, friendly and makes me feel at ease. Nothing is too much trouble and always come away feeling very happy with the results of his skilled work. 10/10
