I attended my first teeth hygiene clean appointment with Emily and had the Best experience. She started with a consultation before the clean started to allow her full understanding of me as a patient. She took immense care in cleaning my teach due to my dental condition, was very professional throughout, checked in with me to ensure I was ok and a true expert which is hard to find. The end results were spectacular I have never had my teeth cleaned to a very high standard before. All the plaque was removed and was given advise to ensure my bones/gum stay healthy. Thank you so much and want to give you the recognition you deserve for your expertise and care you are amazing. I will be booking all my hygiene cleans with you only moving forward. K

Absolutely lovely welcoming reception staff who recognise you and actually treat you like you've been going there for years, like we have. My dentist is compassionate and never causes me pain and will do the little extra things to improve my teeth, and he always asks about my son who has mental health problems and struggles to visit the dentist, my dentist does not dismiss him when he cannot attend appointments, instead he tells me he is there when my son feels able to go. I didn't have to wait long today, parking is stressfree

Have been an NHS patient here for many many years and have always found them friendly, helpful and accomodating. Always a warm welcome. They also offer extra services, not available on the NHS, like teeth whitening etc and payment plans that may suit your budget. I have always been happy with my dental treatment and can recommend this practice.

Oak Dental Clinic in Chorley is amazing! I’ve used NHS dental services for many years, and this is honestly the first time I’ve had such a positive experience. The dentist was friendly, talkative, and made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. All the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the clinic itself was spotless and very clean. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Booked an emergency appointment through Lancashire and South Cumbria Dental Services. Arrived to a very streamlined experience and accommodating dentists who both did a great job. Would recommend this dentist to anybody in the area 🙂

I had emergency treatment for toothache. I was x-rayed and a pocket of infection was identified caused by a crack in the filling. I am not happy with the treatment for three reasons 1- I am still in a lot of pain , no less than before I went 2- I was not given antibiotics for said infection as the Dentist said it was cleared, however , I explained i was going on holiday and it would put my mind at rest. He refused. I feel as if I have been through a lot of pain and discomfort to feel no better. 3- I explained to the Dentist my head felt to flat or too far back , I asked could I go up a bit he said no. During treatment even with the suction device I almost choked , it nearly happened a second time and I had to sit up. He then adjusted the chair, it didn't happen again. In general I feel like I wasn't listened to and my problem is not resolved.

An emergency appointment was arranged, the Dentist & his assistant were fantastic, really friendly welcoming, I would return happily anytime, the dental work is outstanding!! Very happy with The Oaks Dental Practice, highly recommend.
