An amazing dentist surgery who go above and beyond. I see Ruth who is great, she is very patient and understanding of my fears and I feel completely comfortable when visiting the dentist now. The reception staff are friendly especially Susan who is lovely and polite and extremely helpful when I have called for an appointment or an emergency. I can’t recommend this dentist enough

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the dentist Gill made me feel completely at ease. Everything was explained clearly, and the care was gentle, professional, and thorough. The clinic is spotless and very well kept. I’ve never felt more confident in a dental chair – highly recommend!

Lauren was so welcoming, efficient and conscientious, a great asset to the surgery, the surgery was modern, clean and I would not have known it was a dentist waiting area if .... It wasn't in the dentist! 😁 Have already recommended to a couple of people and I only got back 5 minutes ago 😇

Highly unprofessional , Cancelled mine & my partners appointment this morning with 10 minutes to go because and I quote " The xray machine broke yesterday " … I said that’s fine for me but my partners appointment can’t have an xray with being pregnant . Simply said no . My problem is … My partners appointment can’t had to take 1/2 off work to attend this appointment, If it was the other way around I’m 100% sure they’d still be charging . So unprofessional & I’ll be finding another dental practise !

I have been a patient for many years. I have always found all the Dentist. Hygienist. Dental Nurses and all the receptionist polite very professional and make you feel at ease and all work very hard. Have even recommended friends who have also been patients for many years now. Thank you Dole Lane

Having been a patient at this dental practice all of my life, I can confidently say I have nothing but positive feedback to give here! The staff are so welcoming, professional and always happy to help, the practice itself is extremely clean and well organised/managed each time I visit. I have never struggled to book an appointment in and when I do there is always plenty of flexibility with times to fit around work, the appointment reminders are prompt and extremely useful when running an already busy schedule. The dentist I see is also amazing at what she does, any treatment I have had has been as pleasant as it can be. I now also bring my young son to this dental practice, each time I have brought him the staff/dentist have been great with him making it a fun experience, he especially loves the stickers! Overall I feel this dental practice is managed fantastically and run to a high standard so with that I would recommend highly! Kind regards Ellen

I Have been a patient at this practice for over 15 years and had nothing but a positive experience every visit! The whole team are so Friendly, caring and professional , the dentists and hygienists always make you feel comfortable and put you at ease , very thorough and all treatment and pricing explained clearly beforehand and then carried out to a high standard, my teeth feel and look great afterwards! I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist !
