Only been with the practice a few years, including their old site, but the new building is excellent. The staff, however, are the biggest asset. Jane, my dentist and her team are so friendly & accommodating, giving useful advice & always making time to fit you in for an urgent appointment if necessary. Can’t recommend them any more highly.

Had my first appointment here yesterday and was impressed by the practise. While I don't particularly fear a visit to the dentist, I felt at ease during my visit and the Dentist and all the staff I met were very friendly. The dentist was brilliant, he explained the treatment I needed and organised the referal.

Fantastic dentists, great environment, ready booking and payment system. Friendly, knowledgeable dentist who really connect with his customers and offers really solid advice. I'll never change now, I've found my dentist until I'm old and don't have teeth anymore.. lol well done, you guys are doing a great job. You've brought going to the dentist into the 21st century. 👍

I had a really great experience with My Dentist in Chesterfield. From the start, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Alix was especially helpful—she made the whole process of organising and booking my appointments so easy and was always friendly, approachable, and happy to help with any questions. I also had teeth whitening done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The treatment was clearly explained, comfortable throughout, and the difference it’s made is amazing. My teeth look so much brighter, but still completely natural. Overall, a fantastic service with a welcoming team. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly dentist.

My wife had an emergency appointment today. She has Alzheimer's which makes things more tricky. She got the appointment really quickly and was treated with the utmost care and sensitivity. The staff involved, reception, dentists and dental nurse were so respectful , understanding and thorough. Thank you.

This dental practice is amazing! I went for an exam with Emanuel as a new private patient and signing up was so easy. The reception team were so efficient and helpful over the phone making my sign up stress free and quick. Tilly was so kind and attentive to my needs in surgery making sure i was comfortable from start to finish. I went for a scan with Gracie who spoke me through so many private treatment options such as whitening and straightening which i was interested in. She answered all my questions and made me feel confident in the treatment they provide as a practice. I then had a chat with the Treatment Coordinator Alix who was so welcoming and explained in full detail the private treatment options, finance options and what to expect when returning for my chosen treatments. I 100% recommend this practice their staff are all so nice and helpful and made my visit so easy and worry free after not attending the dentist for a long time.

I can’t rate this dentist experience enough! I recently had some composite bonding work done and I am super happy with the results! Alina is a fantastic dentist and her focus on ensuring client satisfaction is brilliant, plus we had some laughs along the way! The reception staff are also very friendly and go through everything in detail! Highly recommend
