Clay Cross Dental

Been coming here for many years and can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience. Staff have always been friendly and my dentist has always been thorough and approachable. He’s always amazing with the kids. My only criticism, which I suppose might be the same everywhere is value for money. When you’ve paid nearly £30 to sit for 5 minutes it’s a bit bitter. Up until recently we used to get a bit of a polish and clean at least.

Tony and his assistant where absolutely brilliant. Kept me at ease throughout my extractions on Tuesday 17th February. Cannot thank them enough. Top notch big 👍's up and 5⭐️'s to all at Claycross Dental.

My son had dr Yusuf Nsamba. Would definitely highly recommend. He was absolutely amazing. Did a filling and really made my child feel at ease especially with his anxiety! Also to Gemma Hopkinson for assisting. Thankyou.

Awful experience - called 111 after being in pain with 3 teeth and being unable to get a standard appointment. 111 very helpful and got me booked in at clay Cross family dental. When I arrived the dentist without even greeting me asked what was wrong and proceeded to state he couldn't help me today as id need 3 appointments for 3 teeth issues, despite me pleading for him to help.and advising that 111 had booked this in knowing the issue he still refused and told me to register with a dentist and not to blame the system if it doesnt work for me. Rude, obnoxious and very uncaring dentist. The smart look of the building is a clearly paid for by his antiques of forcing you to making multiple bookings. Id rather pull my own teeth out!

Dr yusuf Nsamba and his dental nurse Olivia, absolutely lovely, excellent dentist,made me feel at ease, he extracted my tooth, no pain what so ever, I can't thank you enough, I'm so glad I found this dentist, also the receptionist was lovely, she really made me feel welcome. Excellent dentist, thank you so much.

Really pleased with all the work Tony has done on my tooth. I was having a bit of tooth ache in Jan just before going away in Feb. I managed to get an emergency appt at Clay Cross Dental with my usual dentist Tony. He looked at the tooth and fitted a temporary filling whilst I went on holiday even prescribing antibiotics in case of infection whilst away. Fortunately the temp filling was perfectly fine and no meds required. Tony had asked me to book appts for my return to complete the work on my tooth. The tooth was drilled and cleaned 2 weeks ago and another temp filling fitted with a couple of x-rays. Two further appts booked. I have now had the work completed and really happy with it resulting in full root canal work and white filling. Really happy he managed to save my tooth and happy my plate didn’t need further adjustments.
