He had an anterior dental problem and a slightly retrusive upper jaw - but he can now smile with confidence😁. From our initial enquiry via email (after reading lots of positive reviews) which Laurence was quick to respond to, he then invited us in for a consultation. Upon meeting him, we were put at ease straight away. His knowledge and expertise is second to none, he suggested a none surgical treatment which would give my Son real time results with his teeth and from then on, we knew Laurence was the man to help us. The NHS waiting list was close on 80 months and we're so glad we chose to use Masters Orthodontics - we spent over 3 years waiting for a referral but Laurence saw our Son within 10 days from enquiring about treatment. I would absolutely recommend Masters Orthodontics. I wanted my teeth straightened, so at the start of 2024 I researched and spoke to several orthodontists. However, after reading the excellent reviews and having my initial consultation with Laurence, I was immediately impressed by his expertise, attention to detail and approach. Laurence has been understanding and proactive throughout the process. Early on we had to adjust the treatment plan due to the complexity of straightening my lower teeth with aligners - I was reluctant to go down the route of surgery, so Laurence adapted the approach. He also accommodated my request to have my teeth whitened partway through treatment for my wedding. Also when an issue arose, he quickly fitted me in to review and resolve it. I am very pleased with the results and receive compliments about my straight teeth! Laurence has been professional and responsive from start to finish. I would not hesitate to return if I ever need further treatment.

Excellent service with Laurence and Lindsey. We made the decision to move our daughter from NHS treatment to Masters Orthodontics. On initial assessment it was clear that Laurence was extremely sympathetic to our situation and he reassured us that he was able to help and complete treatment. My daughter, Evie was able to discuss her goals, and Laurence provided a very clear treatment plan, highlighting what could be achieved. Both Laurence and Lyndsey were always kind and welcoming putting Evie at ease and reassuring her. Even after our initial consultation Evie was relieved that she was finally on her journey to getting her smile back. We have now finished our treatment plan, and we could not be happier. I happened to find Laurence by pure luck. Basically, I read the reviews and he was very close to where I lived! Having said that, I was due a bit of luck. I have had issues my whole adulthood with an underbite, which required orthodontics along with surgery. After years of braces and 2 failed surgeries, I was nothing short of miserable. I decided to get a private appointment as I was still suffering discomfort. That's where Laurence came in. I was greeted by the friendly team, sat down in the chair, and my concerns were confirmed. Laurence reassured me that the previous treatment wasn't the correct approach but it can be fixed. It was a huge comfort and after a discussion on what would be required and the results I can expect, I left with a spring in my step. Throughout the whole experience, he was so professional, understanding, explained everything in detail, and I could tell he genuinely really cared. He is a perfectionist. He is brilliant at what he does, and as a person, a true Gentleman. I can not recommend Laurence and his team enough. Especially after my previous negative experience. Absolutely brilliant. Dr Laurence treated me under another clinic, that I still go to till this day. Every time I have a dental appointment I think of him, how much he has done for me. I’ve been unlucky with my teeth genes to say the least, my teeth are weak, my jaw was misshapen and I’ve endured a lifetime of poor public dental healthcare, which meant that by he age of 30 I was not only traumatised, but also was already missing multiple teeth, majority of the remaining had some sort of (often botched) treatment. I felt like a lost cause and struggled to find someone skilled enough to know what to do with me. Enter Dr. Laurence, the kindest, most talented orthodontist that you could find. Together we went through years long journey that landed me in a place where I am proud of my smile and feel confident to show them in pictures. It was life changing. I don’t think I could have gone through it if it wasn’t for someone so confident in their skills, who knows what to do and so clearly care about helping people. I’d been unhappy with the appearance of my teeth for some time and invested a considerable amount of time researching possible orthodontists, who I could be confident would be able to deliver a positive outcome. Laurence’s reviews were overwhelmingly positive and as a result I approached him for an initial consultation. This went well and after that I felt very confident he would be able to meet my expectations. The process of designing the aligners was very smooth and I felt well supported throughout. I am delighted to say my expectations have been exceeded.
