Illume 360 Dental Care

I was referred to Mike Heilbron from my own Dentist ,because of on going issues with my teeth,the major cause was the erosion of enamel and sensitivity . After explorative tests were undertaken,still no definitive answer was found. But over long term my teeth could not be retained as they were . On meeting Mike I found him most approachable, he communicated well there was no hidden agenda in his attitude and manner. He was definitive in what had to be done and gave me options ,knowing I was concerned about the costings,and also because of my age. Changes were made with my plan of work, because of the issues that presented themselves. But in the end 14 months later and after a lot of laughs..every tooth has been worked on , either with composite and ceramic, reshaped and a new colour PERFECTO. I wouldn't change anything . I feel the luckiest person with my new teeth.. A big thank you to Mike, Kelly his Dental nurse Receptionist s. I first became a client of Illume 12 years ago after finding myself in desperate need of an implant and was so impressed that I’ve stayed ever since. It’s such a brilliant, friendly and supportive practice with confident, skilled and trustworthy dentists and hygienists, as well as all of the supporting staff. Our whole family has been members for years now and I hope for many more to come.

I can’t believe you could find a better dental practice. I always get a warm welcome at reception and from the various dental nurses, my hygienist (Agnes) is brilliant, and Dr Liam Winkworth is amazing - not a hint of pain from the modern techniques, not even from the needles! During any procedure, you always get each step of any work about to be done explained and plenty of reassurance if needed. X-ray images are regularly shown to you on the computer to help explain what needs to be done, and even photos afterwards to show what has been done. All in all, every visit has impressed me and I would not hesitate to recommend Illume to anyone looking for a new dental practice.

Really good experience. Lovely professional staff and dental professionals. Genuinely life changing to have a prosthesis so I can smile again - and I have a silver tooth. Highly recommend Mike Heilbron, very empathetic and kind and did a fabulous job for me.

Excellent service from start to finish. Friendly, efficient and, most importantly, good! Special shout-out to Liam and Ashley. Great team. Liam’s professionalism and attention to detail are outstanding. Ashley provided tremendous support on the ‘hoovering’ (sure there is a technical term, but you know what I mean). It makes a difference.

Excellent consultation with Phil Walker. I hadn’t been to the dentist for quite some time, and my initial consultation at Illume was a very positive experience. Everyone at the practice was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Phil was excellent. In addition to a general examination, I had an X-ray, 3D scan, and an oral cancer screening. The 3D scan was particularly impressive as he could explain everything with the visual so it was easier to see and understand. He took the time to assess my oral health as a whole and explained everything really clearly. Despite being a bit nervous, I felt completely at ease and in very safe hands. I'd highly recommend Illume for their thorough and caring approach.

I am extremely pleased with my experience wiyh Agnes, the hygienist at Illume. Her treatment is excellent and she always advises on the way forward. I couldn't be happier and will definitely want to continue with both Agnes and this lovely practice.
