Greyholme Dental Suite is undoubtedly the best dentist I have ever been to, they go absolutely above and beyond in a multitude of ways. As someone who suffers from anxiety I avoided the dentist until I couldn't any longer, I was terrified. From the moment I walked in through the door to the moment I left I knew I was being taken care of by the most amazing staff. They were with me every step of the way ensuring I was aware of what was happening around me, ensuring I knew we could pause if I needed, greeted with me with friendly smiles and bubbly personalities. So quickly I felt at home with the staff and I was at ease immediately knowing I was in a safe and comfortable place. If you suffer from mental health or anxiety, they are absolute godsends - they are so sweet and understanding. I also have to highly recommend Emma from the team, she is an absolute sweetheart who you can tell loves people and loves her job. She always greets you with a bright smile, knows how to ease any concerns, and is just undoubtedly such a wonderful person who I am so thankful is part of their team. Five stars isn't high enough praise for Greyholme Dental Suite, they go above and beyond and I am so thankful for the entirety of their team.

Fantastic Dentist. The whole experience is 5 start. From the greeting at the front desk by Emma. To the friendliness of all the other staff is exceptional. I even got myself a sticker today 😂 Jo is so lovely and makes you feel at ease, explaining as she goes and showing you how you can improve on oral hygiene. Everyone is just so friendly and up beat. Just nice to go somewhere and get a good services for a change with lots of smiles. It makes a huge difference to how you see a dentist 🙂

Every step was clearly explained to me, which made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout. I came to Greyholme as a new patient recently for my first appointment and felt very welcomed by the friendly staff. They are all very professional and gave me very good care and advice going forward with my teeth. Emma also very kindly managed to re-arrange my appointment time for me at short notice, so they really go above and beyond to help and accommodate your needs where they can. Thank you🙂

Having lost part of my tooth enjoying my Sunday lunch, I telephoned the surgery on Monday to arrange an appointment. Despite not giving me any pain, Emma kindly booked me in the following day. Warren, the consummate professional he is, managed to do the necessary repair during this appointment, therefore not requiring a second visit. The whole process was pain free and better still I felt it was a fair price. A big thank you to all the team at Greyholme Dental Surgery!

I am a new patient with Greyholme Dental Suite and I am very impressed with the care, kindness and professionalism shown to me on both of my visits. Both Warren, Jo and their team are very thorough and they talk you through each stage of the check-up as well as offering guidance on oral health.

You can only score out of 5. I would give way more if I could. In my years in business, I haven’t come across any receptionist who was as friendly, professional and efficient as Emma……and I’m over 60! Absolutely fabulous! Warren was great while I was in his chair. He "signposted" everything he was going to do before he did it and again, worked with professionalism, efficiency and friendliness. Music in the practice was fab! Weird thing to say, but here goes: by no means apprehensive about the next visit.
