I had been searching for over 18 months for a dentist who could carry out this specific treatment, visiting multiple clinics without any success. From the very first appointment with Colin Neil, he was positive and confident. He took the time to assess everything properly and used his extensive knowledge to find the right approach. The treatment was carried out with great professionalism and care. Colin is extremely kind, patient, and has a very gentle approach, which made a big difference throughout the whole process. His assistants are also excellent. They are friendly, supportive, and make you feel comfortable at all times. I truly felt looked after at every step. I can’t recommend Colin Neil’s professionalism and dedication enough.

I was referred by my own dentist to the Cleevelands Branch and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I was contacted on the same day of them receiving the referral to arrange an appointment and was offered one within a few days of contact. On arrival, I was greeted warmly by the reception team and didn’t have to wait long to be taken through for a scan. In fact I was leaving before my actual appointment time was due! Everyone I spoke to or met have been so welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend Confident Dental & Implant Clinic!

After a bad experience 7 years ago with a dentist my dental anxieties were quite debilitating. After registering with confident dental I would recommend them to everyone. My first visit was a very calm one (even though I was a bit of a sweaty mess) with the hygienist Megan and an assistant. I’ve now been for a hygiene clean twice - both times completely pain free cleaning with a very friendly vibe from all staff. Dentist Chris was very informative of treatments offered and which ones would be beneficial for me and my wants. Both visits have had Steph on reception and she’s just the person you want to be greeted by if you’re feeling a tad nervous. Friendly smile, makes you laugh and really relatable. The payment plans offered are well worth the money too and you can increase/decrease the plan depending on your budgets. I couldn’t fault the confident dental team/practice in any way! If you’ve had a bad experience or are generally nervous when it comes to your teeth and gums, this is the place you’ll want to register with 🙂

From the minute you walk in you feel confident that this place is going to give an outstanding service. From the super clean and contemporary reception, to the treatment room, which is fabulous and very state of the art. The reception staff are all so friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable straight away - important when you are at the dentist! I was having Airflow treatment and my teeth have never felt so clean and fresh. I would highly recommend. I will be back

After my own sad excuse for a dental practice could not offer me an emergency appointment for over a month, these guys found me an appointment the next day. Nobody likes going to the Dentist but in all honesty this was a pleasant experience. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, professional. The Dentist I saw Chris, was just great as was the Nurse, Chelsea. It was next level, new generation staff and surroundings and even having injections and work done was not at all stressful. I think I could have dosed off I was that relaxed. Well done guys top service will be moving to you immediately.

Excellent service from everyone! Very pleased to see the dentist so quickly. Great work from the dentist, very impressed by his care and attention to solving my issue, quality work. The tooth much better and the horrible pain has gone. Some residual pain, headache at times, but hopefully it will settle down! Thank you very much!
