Absolutely faultless. Been coming here for a number of years and I am a very nervous patient, but the team always puts me at ease from the second you enter the practise. Reception team are amazing and so friendly,and James has been incredible and so patient with me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Dentists Ghaleb and James are calm, friendly, and reassuring, always explaining everything clearly and in simple terms. Monika, the hygienist, is non-judgemental, thorough, and genuinely cares about your individual needs with a practical and honest approach. Natalie, the head nurse, has an infectious smile and a sunny attitude, nothing is too much trouble. Abby and Hayley on reception are just lovely: efficient, kind, always happy to help, and they never make you feel like a nuisance. Their desk conversations are a real spirit lifter! The rest of the team are just as warm, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. For the first time in my life, I no longer dread going to the dentist. My teeth are straighter and whiter, my gums have stopped receding (and have even grown back), and my mouth has never been in such good condition.
