Heralds Way Dental Clinic

I’ve had a lovely dentist Simran Rattan for most of my check ups and appointments. She has been lovely and explained everything very well making me comfortable. However, I broke one of my front teeth and had to have a composite bonding put on it as the cheapest option. I then saw a specialist called Yousaf for a check up which I was expecting to only have options of the cheapest option for the long term goal for my tooth. However, with this specialist I came out my check up appointment feeling more self conscious than I went in. Being told to have Invisalign to straighten my current teeth, whiten them and then fix my broken tooth which was the whole point of my appointment in the first place. I just wanted the cheapest option but instead got estimated a £4000 bill, got told I’ve got other issues with my teeth and didn’t actually get a NHS cheapest option. I got marketed into a lovely idea of having perfect teeth which is a nice idea but not with that price. Lovely and welcoming staff and never had an issue but now I’ve been made to feel more self conscious and no permanent solution for my tooth.

Very friendly people. Very prompt with appointment times so you are not left waiting a lifetime before you are seen. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

Lovely service — everyone is super friendly. I can't remember the name of our dentist, but she’s fantastic with all of us, especially our little girls (they're not scared of the dentist anymore!). Cara, the hygienist, is incredibly smooth and gentle — I honestly think I fall asleep during our sessions. Definitely recommend!

Had a great experience at Heralds Way with Dr. Ifrah and Nurse Holly. The staff were friendly, and the clinic was clean. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality dental care!

Herald's Way Dental Clinic has personally been my family dentist for over 40 years. I trust the staff and have only ever received exceptional care and support. Jaspreet (Dentist) and Louise (Hygienist) are always friendly and offer great advice.

A dental visit can be scary and nerve-wracking and I can fully say that I was immediately at ease and comfortable when I stepped into the consultation room 🙂 a lovely kind and personable approach from the doctor and as far as tooth extractions go - this was so quick and felt rather easy! 100% would recommend 🙂
